The staff was very nice and helpful. They had great attitudes. The room was very clean and organized. Very pretty and comfortable. Amenities were great. Close to the metro. Just not close to food options and not much to do in the area. Very calm though. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Zimmer war echt schön, allerdings konnte man die Klimaanlage nicht niedriger als 21 grad stellen. Sonst ist das Personal sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll! Wir haben auch 24h Pizza bestellen können und vor allem am ersten Tag war es unsere Rettung!

Beds were very small, mattress too soft and they're on wheels so it slid around constantly. Overall place was fine. The room was clean, had all necessary amenities and we could get into city centre via metro very easily. They need to rethink the lighting system, it's just inconvenient having the only light function on an ipad stuck to a wall on one side of the bed.

The bathroom PIR on the first night continued to turn the light on and off all night. Staff were unable to resolve it and I had a terrible nights sleep. I asked for an iron and ironing board ahead of arriving, and on arrival and still nothing. The restaurant used to be proud of the steaks it sold - I was very much looking forward to having one again, but the kitchen I’m told has gone vegan! I used to stay at Postillion very regularly but now I’m not sure I’ll return I’m sad to say.

Booked a smaller suite- well, it’s was just another room.. not even larger. For a premium price- you expect a min of toiletries, a decent coffee in room. But- nothing! Not that price- you expect something more.

Nice room, comfy bed. A bit outside of town but train station is only a 5min walk so not really a problem. Staff is beautiful and overall I had a great stay.
