Bed bug bite my hands. Complained to them and they changed the room.

Si quieres desayunar tostadas, a la carta no hay, sólo habría si coges la opción del buftet que cuesta 18€ por persona el desayuno.

Rent och fint hotell, väldigt nära till stan även om det kändes lite mörkt utanför om kvällarna. Perfekt med litet kök.

Nice place to stay. Not right in the busy area so was quiet.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location is nice, a lovely walk to the main central area. The self-check-in process is somewhat impersonal. The reception closes daily at 17:00 and leaves a mild panic that if your flight arrives late in the day, or is delayed, that you may have an issue getting checked in or indeed gain access to the hotel. There is a number that can be called after 22:00 if you have any access problems. However, I often do not take my cellphone out with me to pubs and clubs in the evening/night. I prefer to leave valuables in the safe in my room. As it happens, I didn’t lose my room card/key and was able to access the hotel but I have certainly lost a hotel access key in the past. The hotel should have reception staff on site until at least 22:00 and they should then hand over to a night shift security guard. Giving peace of mind to the hotel residents.

We took an Uber to the address provided and found out that Ubers are not allowed within the gated area the hotel is in. Turns out it is located within a gated military base. So we were dropped off at the gate and had to walk in the rain a few blocks to our hotel with luggage. Once there the staff were pleasant and our room was ready. We had to have staff redo our swipe cards twice before they worked. The room was spacious and clean, with an industrial look. Even though we were over the restaurant it was quiet. On the night of our arrival we tried to use the attached restaurant but it was closed for a private event so had to cab it to a cafe. Our last morning we tried again to use the cafe and again it was closed for a private event. Marine museum is very close but you are a 15 min cab ride to any other museum. Only specific cabs can pick you up at the hotel and they provide you a QR code to reach the cab company. Overall the room was clean and comfortable but would likely not stay again due to the inconvenience of the attached cafe not being available, the distance from any shopping, museums, restaurants, and not being able to use uber to the door.

Liked the quiet clean place to stay. Convenient walking to the centraal station.

Was apparently new on the menu, the croque madame was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Room was noisy. It's a bit of a trek to the centre of the city as well. Uber wont pick up directly outside either, you need to walk near the main road first.

Too far to walk to tourist areas

There was no receptionist, so when we arrived, around 5 pm, there was no one to help us check in and get our room keys. their machine said we couldn't check in unless we paid 675 euros, right there, for the price of 3 nights which we had already paid. It took us more than one hour to ask help from the restaurant worker nearby to get hold of the receptionist. Then, the receptionist gave the instructions to the restaurant worker on the phone to help us check in and told her how to make room keys to give us. The restaurant worker apologized on behalf of the hotel and told that we had certainly paid for three nights. We faced a similar situation for the check out. We checked out around 10 am. There was no receptionist in the lobby. Yet their check in/check out machine was asking for 67 Euros for tax. There was no one to give us a receipt. Again, we waited another hour wondering what to do. The whole situation is very unorganized, chaotic and stressful. Basically, anyone can and come in to this hotel as apparently the receptionist only works for a few hours on certain days of the week. This place should be an air B and B, not a hotel.

Wir hatten insgesamt ein gutes Erlebnis. Wir konnten bereits 4 Stunden vorher einchecken und unser Zimmer beziehen was super war da wir noch müde von unserem Morgenflug waren und somit etwas schlaf nachholen konnten. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war gut, jedoch müsste man gewisse Dinge optimieren und erneuern. Die Tücher sind befleckt und auf wunsch erhielten wir sogar neue Tücher die leider ebenfalls befleckt waren. Es ist selbstverständlich dass die Tücher frisch gewascheb waren, jedoch wirkt es etwas uneinladend sich mit Fleckigen eher dreckig aussehenden Tüchern abzutrocknen. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt grundsätzlich ausschliesslich am Vormittag, wer also ein sauberes Zimmee haben will sollte kein Langschläfer sein :) Das Personal war aber zu jederzeit überaus Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Man muss in Kauf nehmen, dass es etwa 15-20 minuten an Zeit benötigt um in der Innenstadt anzukommen aber für den Preis insgesamt vertragbar.

Very clean, safe and convenient. Beautiful property out of the madness. Ver quiet. Staff was amazing and helpful.

A good thing about the property is the room was super clean and spacious compared to other affordable places. I’ve made a mistake by not checking the facilities in the hotel properly. I didn't know that the room isn’t equipped with air conditioning and I think stayed during the summer wasn't a good idea. The dustbin provided was tiny and I had to request for an additional.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in June 2025. We have tried to book again for 2026, but showing as sold out!

Todo super bien, solo que no tienen aire acondicionado, entiendo que es el concepto, pero seria buena opción.

We didn't get to try the restaurant as it was only open one of the days we were there for the buffet breakfast. The room was small but just perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed, nice shower. The lighting could have been a little brighter, but we made for.
