Stayci Apartments Central Station

とても清潔で部屋も広く駅からも近くて静かで申し分なかった。 強いて言えば、上の階の人の足音がうるさかったかな。でもそれは時の運！

Courtyard of apartments. Ground floor ones have small terrace. Comfy sofa converts to bed and twin room beds are reasonably comfortable. Generously appointmented with washing up, tea/coffee, towels etc and a clever key system.

Fabulous location right next to Centraal train station. Very quiet area. Kitchen was well-equipped.

It is a very pleasant environment, everything is close, the apartment is sufficient for a family of 4. The stairs are quite steep, but overall a comfortable apartment that has everything you need. Communication was fantastic. If we visit the Netherlands again, this will be our preferred accommodation.

Lovely people. Problem with heating and it was very cold. They tried to resolve but said they couldn’t fix it until after we left. They did offer us another place, but it was a lot to pack up and unpack and repack just for two more days out of the 4 we stayed. They did give us some compensation. Also a problem with the washer. They did give us instruction packet in English on the last day and tried to help resolve before that. Again, very nice people and close to the train station. Hopefully they will have the heating resolved by now. As mentioned by others the apartment above does not have good floor insulation so it can be noisy ans the ceiling in this apartment could be insulated and the bed is right next to the window on the street, but it’s a fairly quiet street. Just a bit disconcerting. And as others have mentioned the two single beds really could do with replacing. The owners know about all these issues, so hopefully things can be addressed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Central Station apartment. The actual apartment needs some work but the beds were comfy; we had everything we needed and the location was amazing!

The appartment is big enough with everything needed. They have to fix their alarms as they rang twice in three days and one for more than 30 minutes. If one appartment has an alarm they all have... It is also quite noisy the wall are thin. It depends of your neighboors... but we have no option if the neighboor listen to television and talks loud late at night... they should have a way to join somebody if there are peoblems during the evening.

The property was clean, in a quiet neighbourhood and conveniently located. The communications from the team were timely and helpful too. The fire alarm went off for some time one morning (from another apartment) and there were a couple of instances where the key lock didn’t work (server issues were given as the explanation - though I have to give credit to the team who responded very quickly to all enquires), meaning we couldn’t get into the property for a few minutes (10-15mins). I would stay there again if visiting The Hague for a break.

Many great aspects to this apartment. If you are travelling by train or bus it couldn’t be closer to the station. It’s quiet, with an enclosed courtyard in the middle of all the units. It’s quite spacious..like a home away from home. The beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen was well appointed, with a dishwasher but there is no oven. The shower was good, always plenty of hot water and the washer/dryer was a bonus! However, if you have mobility issues I don’t recommend this apartment as the stairs to the bed and bath are quite harrowing. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean but it’s ready to have the carpet on the stairs and the dining room chairs deeply cleaned. The people were lovely and easy to deal with. We would happily return.

Eine saubere Wohnung, mit fast alles was man braucht zum Essen was zu vorbereiten also die Küche gut ausgestattet mit Microwelle,viel Besteck und Geschirr auch ausreichend für eine ganze Familie.Und Kaffeemaschine... Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer, sofort Antwort bekommen bei unsere Fragen. Die Lage ist auch "Premium" so zu sagen,5 min von Hauptbahnhof,14min von Mitte des Stadt aber hier gibt auch ein großes minus: Parken! Kein Parkplatz inbegriffen also es kann man parken aber es ist sehr teuer in alle Richtungen von der Unterkunft:6,50/Stunde oder 35-50 pro Tag . Wir haben die Lösung gefunden ,P+R Parkplatz und mit S Bahn . Günstiger! Aber trotzdem, eine gute Unterkunft.Ist geeignet für Familien mit nicht sehr hohen Erwartungen.

Great place to stay with your family on vacation! Sofabed works fine and all the utilities you would need.

Loved the enclosed private courtyard for our two young children to run around in. The apartment was roomy and looked great. We got used to the ‘Dutch’ staircase very quickly (including our 1.5 year old!) so that was never a problem and gave us a bit of a taste of Dutch living! Only a five minute walk to Den Haag Centraal and ten minutes into the city centre. The neighbourhood is lovely and fairly quiet (although there were some works on the canal outside at the time - didn’t bother us though). Recommended!

Clean, modern, well-equipped apartment Great location, near the train station and city centre. Close to shops and grocery stores. There are some good restaurants nearby as well.

Fijne plek voor paar daagjes Den Haag. Centraal maar toch rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke ontvangst en fijn dat we vroeger dan afgesproken alvast onze bagage in het appartement mochten droppen.

Es war einfach toll! Check-in war super nett und total hilfsbereit ! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber gewesen, und ziemlich zentral man ist in keinen 5 Minuten am Bahnhof und von dort kann man alles erreichen, was der praktisch ist!
