I stayed for four nights. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is not too far from the main station in an interesting area.

また、部屋にsafety boxがないので、受付にありますか？と聞いたところ、受付で預かってくれました。これもチェックアウト時に確認しましたら、何を言ってるのかわからない、と上記受付に言われて、顔面蒼白になりました。上司に電話をしていましたが、その上司もわからないようでした。仕方がないのでフロントに入れてもらい捜索して、自分で何とか見つけることができました。こういう大切なことはきちんと従業員同士で引き継ぐべきだと思います。 また、フロントで傘を借りました。借りた際に、デポジットとして10ユーロが必要だが、傘を返せばその10ユーロは不要です、と説明されました。しかしチェックアウト時の受付が、これはサービスチャージだから払え、デポジットなど意味がわからない、と強硬な態度を示しました。これについては、上司に連絡をすることもありませんでした。飛行機の時間の関係で諦めました。 なお、部屋は物凄く狭かったです。また、冷蔵庫がありませんでした。バスタブもありませんでした。机がなくて仕事ができませんでした。他の方もそうだったようで中庭で仕事をされていましたが、雨がよく降りますので、ちょっと厳しい感じでした。 部屋の掃除は綺麗でした。チップは不要でした。

Location good

Room was great - the beds were super comfortable. The staff was outstanding it made it so pleasant to be there. Breakfast was delicious too!!!

Excellent breakfast. Frirndly personnel. Good mattress. But for the parking jou need to book a spot if you want to have a place.

Heerlijk hotel, op een fijne loopafstand van het centrum en de jaarbeurs. Super fijne kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Ik kom zeker terug!

Good spot. There were renovations while we were there. Good hotel, interesting neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Property is nice and some renovations was still going on. The kitchen essentials were not provided and we had to ask for salt and pepper. If you are planning to cook, would recommend a quick grocery run after check in. Pots and pans provided were only 1 each.We were offered a room which was in an area getting renovated and the corridor didn’t look good at all. After talking to the staff, they offered a different room quickly. My point was why would you even offer someone that kind of room where the corridor and other stuff still needs to be work on.

The hotel does not match its online photos and appears to still be undergoing renovation. The exterior courtyard currently contains large dumpsters, and the main entrance / yard area is completely inaccessible. Inside, the property shows visible wear: hallway walls are chipped and scratched, elevator lighting is very dim, and sound insulation between rooms is minimal. In our room, there were exposed screw holes in the walls, and some fixtures (like the doorbell) were damaged. Basic amenities such as a hairdryer were only provided upon request, and there was no in-room phone to contact the front desk. Check-in was slow due to high volume, and while additional staff eventually assisted, the process remained inefficient. If the current condition of the hotel had been accurately represented, expectations would have been different. However, given that it is marketed and priced as a four-star property, the experience feels misleading in its current state. It would be more appropriate to align pricing and branding with the condition until renovations are complete.

Mitten im arabischen Viertel Utrechts 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Altes Kloster modern umgebaut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück super lecker, frisch und ausreichend. Kaffee könnte besser sein, allerdings ist so etwas immer individuelle Geschmacksache.

Easy to get to downtown

Wir hatten das Triple Loft gebucht. Geräumig, separates Schlafzimmer für unseren Sohn. Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war nur oberflächlich sauber. Der Bereich um die Toilette herum war dreckig. Ich wollte das reklamieren, allerdings war die Schlange an der Rezeption so lang, dass ich dann doch selbst geputzt habe. Ganz nettes Personal, das Frühstück war o.k., nicht herausragend. Toller Innenhof, schöne Bar, die Räumlichkeiten sehr schön. Alles in allem sehr schön, nur an der Sauberkeit muss gearbeitet werden.

The staff were fantastic. The room (in the additional building next door) was tired and forgotten about. Terrible air circulation, awful mattress, poor bedding, not great light control from the main road. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen.
