Our room was roomy and clean. There was a queen sized bed by the window, the bathroom was in the middle, and the bunk beds were by the door. The airflow in the section by the bunk beds was a bit lacking. So when we turned the temperature down to 22 C, the area by the queen sized bed was cool, but the area near the bunk beds remained stuffy.
The location is a bit out of the way. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Amsterdam Centraal by foot and tram.

前回からサービス全てがグレードダウンしていてがっかりでした。以前は、アラカルトのモーニングでしたが、普通より品数少ないビュッフェ。加えて、モーニングについてくると思われたラテは別料金。朝食のラテを別途料金取るとか聞いたこともない。以前は子どもへ塗り絵など素晴らしかったがそれもなく。ホテル客室は個性的で好きでしたが、サービスが一気に悪くなり、この価格帯でもう使いたいとは思いませんでした。とても残念です。

Beautiful hotel, perfectly situated just outside the more touristy areas for a quieter environment, but 2 minutes away from a tram stop, for lines 1 and 26, the latter which goes to amsterdam central in less than 10 minutes. Also great area to cycle, close to Flevopark and surrounding cycling paths. Would definitely go back to this hotel. Room was also very comfortable, and many shops and restaurants are close by.

Great place to stay with a family. The room came with bunk beds that had privacy curtains and a sliding door that separated them from the main room. The neighborhood has several decent restaurants and a grocery store for basic needs. Would definitely stay at the Huxton next time we are in Amsterdam.

This isn’t the first Hoxton I’ve stayed at, but I won’t return until they work out some issues. First, there’s so outside ramp to bring up your luggage. Second, like a lot of Europe, there are few rooms with air conditioning. Europe is undergoing a historic heat wave, and as much as the hotel tries with fans, my first room was sweltering. ONE window opened a crack, and after a rough night sleep, the staff moved me to a room below ground. I then discovered a paper towel, a previous guest’s underwear and no TV remote control. I had to ask the front desk twice for a remote. While the restaurant is lovely, and the staff there are great, this particular property needs some adjustments.

Loved the interior design and the “Studio Up” room for a family of four. The only downsides are we could hear the neighbors above unfortunately, and it was about 35 minute walk to the center of town.

Big room- infact it was huge. We chose the 1UP with 2 bedrooms- 1 upstairs . Room was clean, AC working, had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Free bottles of water and free Cold water to fill your water bottle at reception. Close to the tram station ( Reitlandpark) about 3 min walk. Which gets you to Amsterdam centraal

3nl night for me and my wife.Perfect hospitality from staff.lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere .nice quieter part of town but still just minutes to centre from nearby tram.we asked to move to and there room due to the heat and staff immediately accept accommodated us with room and AC for no extra cost.room service was great.bike hire was complimentary.would definitely come back!

The property was clean and the staff very helpful. A few things could be improved - no shaver point in the bathroom. There was a lighted mirror which was helpful for a wet shaver.
There really needs to be some handrail at the main entrance as the steps are quite steep and no support.
After our second day it was pointed out that there is a lift for people who cannot climb stairs at the restaurant entrance.

I was very happy with the hotel. We had a nice bunk room for our boys which they loved. It’s an Uber ride to most of the sights but the hotel amenities make up for that. Staff was very nice and the hotel has a very cool vibe
