デルフト駅前にある機能的なホテル。 1階のカフェやコワーキングスペースは大学生らしき利用者がいて、使いやすい。 　フロントも親切でチェックイン前と後に荷物を預かってもらえた。 　

駅の直ぐ前。広い客室で快適！

I and my wife stayed four nights. There wer only one bath towel replace for two guests. I got down the front desk to get one bath towel. I didn't call to bring the one to my room, because in general it takes long time such as two hours or there is no service for ever! Then I went the front desk and told the staff about it. He said "I'll treat it, and in one or two hours the bath towel will be sent to you." I can't accept it. I told him "I'd like to have it here now." He replied "There are washcloths, so I'll give two washcloths instead of one bath towel." He gave me two washcloths, but they were actually two bath mats ! I didn't realized it and I passed them to my wife in my room, then she said that these were bath mats! I didn't get back to the front desk any more. The next day there were only one bath towel again. I got down to the front desk and told the story to the different staff. I told her "If the staff yesterday intentionally gave me two bath mats instead of two washcloths, he insulted me." She strongly denied it, of course. I replied her "I'd like to say it just only if situation, and I really believe him. I believe in god." She said she could bring bath towels in around five minutes, so you can wait them in your room. I replied I'd like to stay here and certainly get them. I waited there less than five minutes and got them from her. Nevertheless yesterday the male staff said it took one or two hours. Some of staff must work as a just side job.

デルフト駅の真横にあり、街中にもすぐに歩いて行けます。9階の角部屋からのデルフトの街並みの景色が最高でした。駅前からトラムで20分ほどで、デン・ハーグへも行けました。エレベーターに乗る時や部屋へ行く通路のドアはルームキーをタッチします。近くには、SPERのコンビニや、歩いて5,6分の街中にスーパーマーケットが2軒並んでいて便利です。レセプションが普通のホテルのようなデスクではなく、丸い円形テーブルになっていて分かりにくかったです。このホテルは、地元の学生寮と宿泊施設が一体になっています。デルフトでは10階建て高層ビルに値し、内部はとてもモダンで清潔で、部屋の天井も高く、コーヒーネスプレッソマシーンや電気ケトルも完備されています。冷蔵庫が無いのが残念でした。でも立地的にもお薦めです。

There is no way the room is 20 sq m. It is tiny small. I think it is a cheating to mark the room size of 20 square m. The room is full of fancy stuffs but the quality of them are low. The only thing worth mentioning is the free use of laundry machines. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with good quality room facilities, this is definitely not the one.

they forced me to do a self check in when i was tired yoy should not force your guests to do a self check in when you’re standing right there

Stayed here a few times now and it's always been great. The rooms are clean, well equipped, quiet, and staff are helpful. It couldn't be closer to the train station which is really handy! I'll book again for this year.

Overnachting was ok, bed echter een drama. Keihard en geen fijne kussens. Daardoor een slechte nacht gehad.

The room was nice and they were all so very nice for us “ older “ travelers … very friendly and clean …. Being across from the train station made it very convenient to get to anywhere else you want to go

The Social Hub is always good! Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, easy access close to station and easy check in /out.

Nice hotel and staff. but the breakfast starts too late, for business will always be a problem! even to take a fly or a early metting.
