ソーシャル　ハブ　ロッテルダム

スタイリッシュな部屋で居心地がよかった。kitchenを自由に使え、冷蔵庫や電子レンジは重宝した。しかし、部屋にコップやポットがなかったのでコーヒーやお茶が飲めなかったのが残念だった。

風呂は詰まり気味。椅子がひとつだけ。窓を開けると建物。リモコンはこわれ、タオルかけもこわれ、掃除もいい加減。取り替えたシーツは部屋の中に置いたまま。ハブラシなし、湯沸かしポットは中が汚い。掃除を頼んだがやってくれなかった。二度とまりません

ホテル名の通りで学生向けの宿。クーラーが効かない（生ぬるい風が出てくるだけ）ので、夏の暑い時期に宿泊するのは勧められない。トラムの駅の目の前で交通の便については良好。

No house keeping till 4th day although I asked it at the reception on my 3rd day morning. It was the only house keeping while I stayed 6 days at the hotel. No instruction at Laundry room. It's very complicating for first time. They should put on manual on the wall. Authoritative tone staff Slow operation at the reception No kitchenware even a plastic cup, although my room had mini kitchen. I will never back.

とてもおしゃれなホテルでした。学生さんが長期ステイするためのホテルのようですが、共用スペースは静かで綺麗に使われています。中央駅から少し遠いですが、歩けない距離ではありません。

バスタブつきの部屋にしては安い。アムステルダムで高い料金を出すよりかこちらに宿泊したほうが良いかも。設備は新しく清潔。アクセスも悪くない。

The Receptionist are very rude terrible I really wonder how suggest hotel employ very unprofessional unwelcoming and inexperienced receptionist especially a reception and a slim girls on Christmas morning duty they are terrible they should be relieved of their jobs they will keep bringing bad comment to the hotel and bringing the image down they are very very Rude and insultive

Fint hotell som ga oss oppgradering til leilighet noe som passet veldig bra siden vi skulle bo i 4 netter.

Helheten var toppen! Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig, rummet perfekt, sköna kuddar och täcke. Bra frukost och väldigt bra läge i Rotterdam med både spårvagn och Metro nära.

For the price, the room could have had two sockets near the bed. One of them appeared to be broken. The light switches for the main lighting was far from the bed. The design was a mess. The view was very nice. The breakfast was good, but I had to leave early on my final day because I had to catch a plane. And there was no provision for that possibility. Over the last 15 years, the price for this place has been inflated. Yet, the hotel keeps marketing itself as a kind of enlightened place. That is weird.

Great clean, quiet stay

This is an upscale dormitory rather than a hotel. Lots of students who make use of rooms with kitchenette. Climate control in a large part of the hotel was down when I visited, so felt lucky to persuade an inexperienced receptionist to give me another room. The bed was comfortable but the room was not clean, with plenty of hair in the shower and dust on shelves. Plenty of social activities on the ground floor. Useful breakfast. Parking opportunities next to the hotel.

I really loved the friendly staff and the amenities such as free gym! the breakfast was great and the restaurant downstairs also.

Rigtig godt hotel

Fine. Good value for money. Kitchen could have more equipment. Next to tram going to central city.

I did not like that as a guest, i have to go to the laundry room in the basement to iron my clothes. Nor did i like that there was no utensils, cups or plates in the room and i had to go to the reception to collect a basket of pots, pans, dishes ect and carry up to my room. This is not what i paid for. Its ridiculous.

Am Samstag, den 26. Juli 2025, Ich war beim Empfang.,um in mein Zimmer einzuchecken. das mir zugewiesene Zimmer lag im sechsten Stock, Seite C Ich war total verloren, da das Hotel sehr groß ist und ich mich persönlich nicht zurechtfinden konnte. Die Mitarbeiterin war so hilfsbereit und dass sie mich vollkommen verstand hat und mir ein anderes, passenderes Zimmer gab, Ihre Reaktion hat mich sehr gefreut und sie ging mit mir, um mir zu zeigen, wohin ich gehen musste. Leider kenne ich den Namen der Mitarbeiterin nicht, aber es war 14:30 Uhr. Am Samstag 26.07.2025 Die Mitarbeiterin hat lange blonde Haare. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und Ihre Hilfe.

Safe ,quiet, transportation

The staff was overall very supportive and helpful. Parking around the hotel is pricey.
