とっても良かった。他の施設で思ったことはないが、初めてまた使いたいと思った。

とても快適でした。Wifi のコンディションがイマイチだったのが残念ですが、それをのぞけば完璧です。

とても気持ち良く滞在しました。

静かなエリアでよかった。トラムの駅も近くて、街中のアクセスには困らなかった。部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすく、スタッフもフレンドリーで対応がよかった。一つだけ言うならば、眺望ありの部屋を予約したのだが、実際提供された部屋の眺めが隣接する建物の目の前だったのが残念だった。

宿泊した部屋はダイニングキッチンとベッドルームの２部屋あり，広さは十分。ダイニングキッチンには冷蔵庫，食器，電気コンロ等まであり，自分で食事を作ろうと思えば作ることができる環境である。宿泊施設についての疑問はもちろん，観光についてもスタッフに質問すれば丁寧にいろいろと教えてくれる。部屋も清潔だった。ただし，注意点として，宿泊中の部屋の掃除等はなく（掃除機はない），タオルの交換もない（交換は有料）。私たちは５泊したため，途中で部屋に置いてあった洗濯機でタオルの洗濯をした。なお，洗剤は受付のスタッフに言えばもらうことができる。

Great space for a family of four that is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay. The pull out couch bed is as one would expect.

We had a great time at the apartment for a group of friends, contact from the company was great beforehand. Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and also quite steep steps downstairs if you have mobility issues. However we enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Comfy beds, enough room for family of 4. 25 minites walk to central station. Very convinient check in process via application. No front desk personnel. Lockers are available.

Nice and clean and easy walk to many different shopping and sightseeing spots. Bigger than expected!

Was a great stay for the price

Det som er positivt er at det er god plass i leiligheten, senga er god og den er greit utstyrt med kjøleskap og kjøkkenting. Den ligger også rimelig sentralt, men om man bor mer usentralt men nær f.eks. trikk bruker man like lang tid til sentrum. Leiligheten vik hadde var veldig slitt, og renholdet var ikke all verden. Det er lenge siden det gulvet var vasket. Det er veldig lytt, så du hører alt som skjer rundt veldig godt. En morgen trodde vi det var noen inne i leiligheten vår, men det var naboen vi hørte. Ikke det værste stedet vi har bodd, men ikke verdt prisen

Mouse in the kitchen, always hot, no air con, noisey fans, under the bed not cleaned, one twin bedroom has no windows (we called it the hot coffin). We had 5 ppl in apartment 001. Toilet seat was broken too. We’d never stay here again. To top it off, we had a fire alarm go off in the building one night.

The location is excellent as it is close to Amsterdam Central Station and local public transportation. On the negative side, our fridge was not working, so much of the food that we purchased had to be thrown out. As well, some of the food that was being kept on the inside window ledge to stay cool was gnawed and chewed into by "something". We were given a change of room.

The process, communication and check in were all super simple and easy. The location was perfect for our family, beautiful area, with access to parks, restaurants and local culture we had everything at our fingertips.

Fräsch lägenhet med stora ytor. Yays som företag har bra service. Nackdel att det är mycket varmt och dålig luft i lägenheten, särskilt i sovrummen. Vintertid störs man kanske inte av detta. 6 personer var för många eftersom det endast finns en toalett. Badrummet har ingen toalett. Toaletten har inget handfat så alla måste gå till badrummet. Det fungerar inte för 6 personer. Lägenheten skulle få full poäng om den kompletterades med A/C, fler speglar, fler krokar för upphängningsmöjligheter. Fler handdukar och badlakan kunde också erbjudas.

Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well.

Lovely accommodation only 4 minutes by bus to the centre. Bus stops & tram stops both within 5 mins walk from the accommodation. Excellent communications before arrival and checking in was easy. We stayed in a large one bed apartment which was larger than expected. Very clean, with plenty of storage space. Only thing I think these rooms need is a couple of fans, which are needed in the Summer months.

Positives: The room/apartment itself was great. Clean and comfortable, nice kitchen, and access to laundry in the basement (BYO detergent etc). Negatives: Numerous listed amenities were not actually available at the property. The was no "on-site concierge," no vending machine, no luggage storage. The absolute worst part of staying here was the communication through WhatsApp. Responses are clearly either from a bot or copy-pasted, often resulting in inaccurate information. For example, I asked about luggage storage and was told that while they didn't have it on-site, I could click a link to find a local partner, and "best of all, it's completely free!" Upon clicking the link, I was taken to a separate company who wanted to charge nearly 30 euros to store our luggage for a few hours after check out. I also inquired about late check out, and after several exchanged was finally told it would be OK to check out at noon instead of 11am. This turned out to be untrue, as our keycard was deactivated at 11am and an employee knocked on our door at 11:15 asking us why we were still there. After I showed him the WhatApp messages where I had confirmed noon check-out, he apologized. I asked him if these communication issues and amenity changes had happened as a result of the change in who owns/operates the facility, and he said yes. Trying to communicate with the company through WhatsApp was a huge waste of precious vacation time. We will stay elsewhere next time.
