アルパイン リゾート ワナカ – A THC ホテルズ アンド リゾーツ

レイトチェックインだったにも関わらず分かりやすく対応していただいた

コンドミディアムなこのホテルは2LDKで寝室が2つもあり、キッチンもオーブン、レンジ、食洗器があり、冷蔵庫も大きく長期滞在したいホテルと思いました。駐車スペースも建物の中で自動開閉シャッター付き、テニスコートなどもあり、1時間ほどテニスもしました。また行きたいので複数泊したいと思います。

施設、スタッフの対応については申し分ありません。 ただ、私のような車のない個人旅行者にとっては、 市街地より遠い（約1.2km）, 公共交通機関がないのが、お勧めできない原因です。 周りにスーパーなどあれば、「いいね！」するのですが...

Super nice and comfortable place to stay. Will recommend to friends.

Our townhouse had everything we needed. Plenty of heaters, fireplace etc.

The property is in a great location and offers good facilities overall. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness—our room had not been properly cleaned, especially the floor. We were also looking forward to using the spa, but the sauna wasn't warm enough, and the gym was outdated and lacked proper equipment. Thank you.

Nice apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Alpine Resort Wānaka. Our 3 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 5. Had an issue with fire but it was repaired early next day. Highly recommend

Nice big property and good facilities. Plenty space for us all and good kitchen. Let down by drafty single glazing and blinds that let car lights shine into bedroom. Road noise was quite loud.

Overall a good place to stay. Room was big and could accommodate a full family of four to five easily. Check in was easy and quick. Friendly staff and clean room.

This resort is perfect, much confortable with a beautiful view.

Property new not far drive to town however if on lower ground apartments can hear above when flushing toilet

We were in a bottom unit and it was noisy. The first night we had to listen to kids noisily running on the floor above us. Same thing in the morning. We could even hear the toilet flushing. The second night we had to hear a couple having sex. The unit didn’t look anything like the on-line pictures. It was dirty and beat up. The shower stall had a moldy drain, mold at the base and mold on the tile grout. The carpet was worn in places and the unit was dark. Inadequate lighting: the only lighting was bright ceiling lights. Not recommended.

There’s no kitchen cleaning towels, one of the curtains dropped and wasn’t fixed.

Really great place to stay

The garage has internal access and have washing machine and dryer in the garage. Big garden and good size accommodation. We just stayed one day but it's good place for long stay!

I was very impressed with this property. The cleanliness and newness of the facilities were top-notch. The front office team deserves special mention for their prompt and efficient communication. The location is also ideal, offering convenient access to the town center and a wide selection of restaurants within minutes. A truly enjoyable experience!
