Good location near town center

Spacious well equipped room. Very welcoming and really helpful. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking and and level 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Easy 25 minute drive to boats for Abel Tasman coast path.

Room was big and beautiful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was clean and well maintained. Parking lot was large. Staff was extremely kind. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks fir the awesome stay

Great small motel. Spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. Comes with fully equipped kitchenette. Large balconies and sitting area inside. Very friendly and responsive onsite owners.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how large the room was compared to some other motels we stayed in. The kitchen counter space was good, the bathroom was a nice size and the special touch of chocolate chip cookies was much appreciated. It had everything we needed and was close to groceries and the downtown for restaurants.

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Appartement spacieux et conforme à la description. Pas de climatisation ce qui peut être gênant par forte chaleur. Au bord d’une route assez passante. Très bon séjour.

Management was great, very helpful and gave great advice for restaurants and Abel Tasman. Bed was terribly soft, pillows so so.

We had a spacious room with a kitchen. Very clean and quiet. Beautiful view from the back windows. Grateful for washer and drive. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Good option for a couple of nights in Motueka. About a 10 minute walk to dining. Couple than run the property are very friendly and helpful.

The host was really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The suite was immaculately presented and well appointed with everything we could need. The bed was very clean and comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The wee fan was most helpful in the muggy heat however an air con unit would have been bliss. I had issues connecting to the wifi. I did not mention it to the host (I’m sure there would be a solution) as I used my mobile data instead. The parking was easy and the grounds were lovely and lush! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Avalon Manor Motel and I highly recommend the amazing hosts and their wonderful Motel.
