Very nice motel with friendly service and clean room.

I left items behind and the staff shipped them to me at my new hotel the very next day. Exemplary service that saved me an enormous headache. Many thanks to them.

Good hotel within walking distance to the aquatic centre

Brief 1 night stay—ideal for moving from Fox Glacier to Kaikoura. Great place !

I always find the Bella Vista Motels a great place to stay. Everything you need in the room, 50 channels of sky, Tea/Coffee and Milk Provided. The shower pressure was fantastic! I was on the top floor down the back and the wifi connection was terrible, 3G phone reception at the back wasn't that much better either. A nice small wall heater for warmer nights, unfortunately no way to cool the room and the two nights I was there were very muggy. Good value for money, i would stay there again

Great place for a short stay. Room was clean and cozy. Staff were very informative and friendly. Had a great night out at the Monteith's brewery bar. Very good food and beer here.

Though only for a night it is a good place to stay. Extremely impressed by the lady in the reception who prepared to wait for our arrival even it passed her official hour.

Well located and clean motel with nice staff. Especially nice and powerful shower! Good to have fresh milk for tea :)

Bella Vista motels throughout N Z are privately owned and a standard has to be adhered to. This ensures whichever one you stay at they do not disappoint. The fly in the booking through an agent is that they did not inform Bella Vista That we had to have a ground floor. I stated that we needed a ground floor unit as my wife has a bad knee and is unable to bend it. I also stated that I use a walking stick. Also I informed the agency that we were in our mid to late 70's. Expedia! i will never use you again as we also had a problem with our booking in Wellington.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were convenient. Enjoyed our stay in Greymouth -lots to do in And around Greymouth. The Woods Creek Track is off the beaten track -we never found it and ended up on a one lane gravel road.

The property was clean although dated, andcthe rooms did not have much space. Great for one night, and walkable to Monteith's Brewery.

Owner was very friendly, rooks although on the smallish side were very clean and comfortable
