どのスタッフも丁寧で真摯に対応してくださり快適でした。

浴室のカビや、冷蔵庫の指紋が気になりました。　 カビについては掃除をお願いしたのですが、翌日も汚いままでした。 また、浴槽の栓が排水溝よりも小さく、お湯をためることができなかった為、交換をお願いしましたが、3日間の滞在中、改善されることはありませんでした。 それに加え、部屋に置かれるペットボトルがない日もあったり、バスローブにはゴミがついていたり、挙げ始めたらきりがありません。 朝ごはんはビュッフェスタイルで良かったので星をひとつ増やしました。

The room was dated, very little acoustic insulation and tiling in the bathroom had mould. Other rooms I have stayed in have been much nicer so perhaps this room was just one awaiting an upgrade. Staff are lovely though!

Dirty coffee cups from night before left on cupboard after room clean Body moisturiser jammed up and not working cause it’s filthy and clogged up Asked for kids play pack twice - didn’t come - had to go to reception third time and red haired girl with glasses was super rude about it Water not replaced each day Was meant to have a bottle of wine as an Expedia perk - again had to go the reception twice to send it up - never came the 3 days we were there Low quality tea/coffee - tiny tubs of milk not even enough for one coffee cup given when arrived but never replaced Front desk always seemed hostile and rude and it seemed to be such a big deal when you needed assistance - no warm friendly willing to help attitude Lady at valet at 10pm at night watched us struggle with a sleeping child, bags in the back for about 20 mins - did not help - just waited for my husband to walk over and hand her the keys Felt super uncomfortable staying there as everyone seemed hostile and once you ask the front desk something you’d hope it gets done - but it seemed like they didn’t either care or were wilfully ignorant. Either way - uncomfortable. I actually felt embarrassed to have picked this hotel Seems more like a 3 star motel

Having stayed a few times at the Cordis in the past year we are really disappointed at how it’s gone downhill. Last time we assumed it was just a busy time and gave it another go. We booked the spa as the treatments with Kamron are excellent and one of the reasons we stay here. As we arrived early sent from place to place to get a key. Parking at $55 is steep no discount for using spa or staying at the hotel. Changing rooms need to be bigger no space to put on robes or change very busy we were waiting as people literally stretched over us to get to the lockers …not a very relaxing start to any treatments. We then tried to have a drink at the bar however the staff weren’t welcoming or interested as we weren’t having afternoon tea so we left and went into town instead. If the bar is only for afternoon tea either direct us to another place or make that clear rather than unwelcoming. Early evening went to reception as were due a complimentary bottle of wine told would be sent up and after another hour called back down again to be told would be sent up- never appeared. Mentioned it at checkout and was given a bottle but too little too late. The room was ok - there was a shower cap covering one of the fittings in the bathroom think it was a light which I’m not sure is great! The sockets beside both sides of the bed did not work. Overall we are disappointed as our previous experiences have been really positive.

The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. It's an easy walk to queer bars just around the corner and close to UOA. Will stay here again when next in Auckland.

Club lounge needs a upgrade of food selection

Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación No me gustó la atención d personal. La alarma de incendio se disparó por error 2 noches y en la 1a ni hubo protocolo y en la 2a, nos sacaron a la calle y si no nos acercamos a pedir detalles no nos hubieran explicado lo que sucedió

The hotel is strategically located. Very handy with transport. Very good amenities. Overall, I can’t fault it.

Had to wait in lobby both nights for over and hour and a half for room to be ready. We had to go back down to the lobby to collect our own bags because they took over an hour to bring up to our room

Loved the buffet breakfast. Best in New Zealand so far. Mini suite was so comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine (Expedia) gold member. Very clean room and hotel Spa is not peaceful. Jacuzzi is outside by the pool and filled with kids. Had a nice massage but you don’t get the whole spa r oeriemc
