We arrived late and hadn't received any instructions on how to get in. After about half an hour with us being at the front door of the only address we had, the guy upstairs called someoone. He came over and took us to the unit we'd rented. We weren't there long enough to really judge the unit, just from 8pm to 10am. It seemed clean. The beds were adequate. The book for quests didn't specify what we were to do before leaving so we just did what other lodging has asked. We didnt no where to put recycling, towels, etc.

Not too much to complain about. I'd stay here again. One complaint is it was a little disorganized on the check in and one of the staff just kind of walked by me and my friend when we went to the office as if we were ghosts while we were trying to figure out information on how to check in. We stood by the door of the office and before we could say anything she just walked past went inside and locked the door behind her with not a word. It was in the morning so I'm guessing the main office wasn't open yet but I wish she said something or even acknowledged that we existed or something. Another thing that will probably be an issue during hotter months is that there was only one AC unit on the downstairs so upstairs was super hot and could get uncomfortable. A tip for someone else staying is wash your clothes and hang them ASAP because they take forever to dry outside and there isn't a dryer which seems to be the normal. Overall pretty great, I'd recommend staying here and I'd stay again. Not a bad location, good parking, decent size, good amount of rooms, and good amenities. Don't know about other places you can stay but you won't go wrong staying here. Comfortable and you get your own space.

The place is clean but very noisy, they over charged us,already deducted 50 dollars from our account when we get their asked us to pay full account.my husband rang them hard to contact the reception.finally we got to talked to d man at the reception told us ,he will refund the 50 but until now no refund yet.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. Cozy.

My mother took ill and I had to fly home so could not stay at this venue.. I rang Accomodation and explained I wouldnt be staying due to my mothers illness. I emailed Expedia and had no response . So I cannot honestly say how my stay was because I didnt stay. But I paid ..

It was an overnight stay. Wasn’t expecting stairs and then told we would be sharing bathroom or pay extra for the ensuite. I don’t think we should have to take shoes off. Of course if we had muddy shoes we would have. The place is a nightmare to find without map. We had no internet so no map. It was comfortable and clean enough but not for us with hip problems.

Nice basic room. Would have been good to have more linen as we were there 5 nights

Very safe, quiet neighborhood.

Very nice, cute and newer townhome that is well furnished and everything working well. In a very quite residential neighborhood. Note - you need to pick up the key at a different location from where the place is.

Easy check in process. Price was affordable for our family of 6. Plenty room for all of us which was nicer than being cramped in a motel room. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

It was raining very hard and the number of the house was not visible from the street. It was clean except for children's fingerprints on the inside of the bedroom door.

Great place to live

I wanted this property to be good, but it was terrible. The walls are paper thin. Had some couple on both sides of the room that talked to 3am and one of them had sex multiple times. Was pretty awful to be honest. Had 3-4 hours sleep. Would not recommend if you need sleep for a busy day at work the next day.

The property is like a Deluxe "Lodge style" accomodation - beautiful common areas with doors leading off. Our room (D6) was one with own kitchenette and small lounge and bedrooms for family of 5. The sofa lounge was uncomfortable and stained so hidden by blankets . We required this as a bed for our son who ended up in our bed. You could feel the springs in the main bed mattress otherwise everything else was good. Checking in was a bit off putting as we opted to pay at property and arrived at 5.30 only to be told through the door buzzer contactless check in was arranged and a key was put through a security latch. we found the property address but was confused if we could park in driveway or on street parking or if was the accomodation we booked ,you can see into the property and looked like the image in main pic of Flatbush marketing which wasnt what we booked. Wasnt until we let ourselves in we realised the setup. Alot could of been explained if were allowed to check in person. The property then charged a 2.5% card processing fee for contactless check in (which we didnt want) We never saw a $50 bond deposit mentioned when booking but charge held. we msg the property about this and was just told its as per booking policy and if we had an issue contact expedia. Overall it is a nice property just not what we expected with a few miscommunications/charges which could of been avoided. We were already flustered driving through the city with Narrow streets to arrive.
