スタッフがとても親切でした

湖畔のレストランでの朝食が最高！ レイクビューのお部屋は本当に絶景！ お部屋は広く清潔でした。

とても雰囲気の良いホテルでした。立地は良くないですが、静かな環境でとてもリラックスして過ごせました。

Nice lake views and hourly water taxi in to QT

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hilton. The in-room spa was the highlight of the room. Absolutely worth the upgrade. The staff was always polite and helpful. Will definitely recommend staying at Hilton.

Staff were very friendly; service was excellent. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable.

We loved the location and the property views and surroundings. We had stayed there 5 years ago, and since then, the hotel has had huge improvements in service and staff. Everything was fast and professional, from check-in, to room service and check out. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Wakatipu Grill restaurant has good food options. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, however, the only thing I would change is the duvet on the bed, that had fitted corners, which is not our personal preference and affects our comfort. But it is too minor. The hotel also has a ski hire spot which we didn't know about. We will make sure to use it next time. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful and luxurious resort with breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu. Staff were great from the porters service through to the restaurant staff. Truly 5 star, can't wait to go back again.

We stayed in room 501 which was lovely. Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner, the bellboy was lovely and the reception was clean and cosy although the air freshener is very over powering. Our room was lovely and clean although the glass sliding door doesn’t appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Room service was available daily however it wasn’t really good, I tidied the room myself daily so there wasn’t much for them to do yet it still wasn’t cleaned well. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the planes flying in and out, the noise from the plane wasn’t a problem and we couldn’t hear anything when we closed the door. I would suggest you hire a car as the water taxi is $10 per person one way. Overall it was a lovely stay, the food was nice and the staff were polite. I will definitely return

Lovely location on the lake. Water taxi very convenient and scenic. Fabulous sauna and pool.

We selected this hotel for a winter ski break. It’s Very close to the airport and a short drive to the ski resorts. Central Queenstown is about 15mins drive. The hotel room was very spacious with a split level living room/bedroom overlooking the lake. Great breakfast and dinner in the evening. We enjoyed our stay at The Hilton.

Amazing location and facilities

This is a very nice hotel and property. We just had a very bad stay. We wanted to finish up a long trip with a 2 night stay here as a treat after a lot of driving and bouncing around the South Island. Check in staff was friendly and courteous, but there was an issue with the booking. They were able to piece it together, and ultimately got it handled without issue, but it took about 40 minutes. Not a big deal on its own. We got to our room, which was amazing. Very clean, lots of space, and a beautiful view! Exactly what we were hoping for. After settling in, attempted to log on to wifi, which did not work. Called the front desk, and they spelled our name wrong so we could not log in. They needed to change it in their system, then we could log in. They were again, helpful and courteous and had this corrected in about 20 minutes. Again, no big deal at all on its own. We left our room and returned later that night. Turned on the television which was set up with a menu to scan QR codes for room service menu, and a link so you could cast from your phone, or watch local programming. We went to bed, chose to cast, and after following the prompts got a movie on Netflix to cast to the tv, but with no sound. The tv had a message that said in order to adjust sound, the tv settings needed to be changed from surround sound. Again, called the front desk and explained the issue with the television. They said they would look into it as soon as possible. So we just watched local pr

Place was good and clean

Peaceful, but downside is distance from town centre. Lifts are a bit confusing and there are no shuttles to town or airport. Its all by Uber or taxi. Nice rooms though.

The room was amazing. The temperature was consistent all throughout the night.
