The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Even i didnt met any staffs on that day as i was checked in late, the staff contact me earlier that morning and let me know the check in procedures, feeling being welcome. Although sometimes may heard people talking in the corridor, but generally quiet. Nice experience!

市内中心部からは離れていますが、歩いても15分はかからなかったと思います。
離れているので、静かでした。
部屋は広々として快適でしたが、エアコンはなかったように思いますので、暑い時はちょっと困りました。
レセプションが開いていない時間のチェックアウトは部屋に鍵を置いていくだけのようで、事前に説明がなかったのが残念でした。
後、バスルームのドアが、内側から閉めた時に指を詰めそうな構造なのは要注意です。

建物やファシリティは古く感じます。各部屋に電子レンジがあるように書いてありますが、無い部屋が結構あります。
駐車スペースがたくさんあるのは嬉しいです。

パークに隣接という立地で選んだが、モーテルなのでそもそも車移動の宿泊向け。徒歩では市内へ出るのにパークの反対側までかなり歩かなくてはならず、結局不便だった。
また、部屋にエアコンがなく、電気ヒーターだけでなので温まらない。電気敷きパッドが敷いてあったがスイッチが入らず使えなかった。真冬なら耐えられないと思う。
安いので期待してなかったが、それにしても…という感じ。
チェックアウト後の荷物預かりを頼んだら預かってくれたが、外のホコリだらけの物置の中だった。

ダウンタウンにも近く、立地条件は良いが、サービルの質はそう高くはなかった。震災から完全に復興していないので、高いサービスを求めるのは、他のホテルでも難しいかも。只、スタッフの方々のお人柄はとても良かったです。

Receptionist, sarah, friendly, and very helpful, when we said we couldnt carry suitcases up stairs, as one of us has a mobility problem, and found us a ground floor suite, which we greatly appreciated .. a really convenient hotel to stay in.

The service was pretty poor. Only one key per room and wouldn’t even tell me where my room was. My partner had arrived before me, checked in and gone for a run. I arrived and asked for the second key and she said no. I asked where our room was located (I used the room number my partner had told me) and she wouldn’t tell me, even though it was booked under my name with my credit card. Room was supposed to have a balcony and looked nothing like the photos.

Receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Hotel is convenient to Hagley Park, Botanic Gardens and within walking distance of museums, restaurants and shopping areas.

There was an event at Hayley Park and while the noise from this was ok there was a problem with people returning to the hotel and hanging around the night entry way and staircase which was very close to our room. They stayed around this area for around a hour making a bit racket yelling and swearing until about 12.30am. I was disappointed that management didn’t ask them to move on to their rooms.
The room was well equipped and bed comfortable. Noticed the bathroom fan didn’t work.

La salle de bain (autour des toilettes) n’etait pas impeccable.
Après une nuit, la receptioniste m’a donné une nouvelle chambre.
J’ai pu constater que la salle de bain n’est pas nettoyée chaque jour.
Point positif: Très bon service à la réception.
