建物全体も客室も、とてもきれいで清掃も行き届いており、気持ちよく滞在できました。 部屋にはキッチン、食器洗い機、洗濯乾燥機が備え付けられており、また、徒歩3分にスーパーマーケット「NEW WORLD」があることから、中長期滞在には最適だと思います。 ウエリントン自体もたいへん素敵な都市でした

洗濯機の使い方について説明書があると良かった。洗い後、20分のクールダウン後でないとドアが開かないことをスタッフに教えてもらった。

The location was really great to go out for dinner, shopping and sightseeing. Most amenities are available for us to stay but no hair dryer was available. It was great to have big bath tab.

ジムやプールの利用が出来て良かった。立地がとても良く何処に行くのも便利でした。ウェリントンの宿泊施設には珍しくバス、シャワーがセパレートの部屋で嬉しかったです。湯船も深く広く2人でものびのび入れてるのがよかった。ホテル全体がミュージアムのようで駐車場利用もわかりやすく朝食も美味しく全般的に満足度の高い宿泊施設でした。

enjoyed the stay and loved the arts. wanted to buy their bathrobes but sold out. Great location. Easy access to Te papa and city center. I’d definitely stay again for my next visit to Wellington

WIFIに不具合、プールの階はエレベーターのボタン不良でいちいちフロントに電話して人を呼びました。

the hotel staffs were very helpful and a relaxing room. had a nice time stayed there.. I'm sure that will be back this Apartments soon.

Excellent location and ammenities in these modern apartments with friendly, accommodating staff. Definitely will consider this hotel on my return visit

We stayed in an apartment. It was lovely and spacious. We enjoyed using the spa and sauna! The breakfast was really good too. We will be back!

Staff at the front desk were a bit vague. Wanted $50 per night for car parking, but looked like no parks on site and car would be taken somewhere by someone. Room was very stuffy. Finally found the air conditioning was isolated in the switchboard and got it going.

Amazing location, amazing room and view, so close to any eateries that you want to try, very close to viaduct walkway, hotel aesthetic inside is so unique we loved it and the staff were so very kind, we will look forward to our next stay here.

Great location. Old but tidy. Easy check in.

Great location and great for families. Rooms are a bit tired and we had a couple of issues with dish drawer getting stuck, washing machine not working and not very hot water. However reception were responsive and had these issues fixed quickly for us. The Hippopotamus restaurant is gorgeous and great for a night cap!

Loved the art work from museum and decor beautiful hotel.

The museum hotel was so beautiful! Every section a work of art. The ambiance and food were fabulous. My only issue was that my double room had two twin beds pushed together, which ended up actually being more firm and comfy than the other bedroom with a normal bed, which was too soft. Great service and friendly staff. The indoor pool and sauna were also a real treat. Would return!

Good location in Wellington. We stayed in museum apartment room. However the rooms are tired, chipped and old, shower had broken attachment. there is no double glazing and noise from traffic was terrible. Bed/mattress was old, bouncy and no topper, uncomfortable night sleep. No coffee maker which is unusual at this price. No robe etc. pool is ok but hot tub was cold. Staff on check in unfortunately not welcoming … basic level of service. This hotel has gone downhill in past 10 years and needs updates if it wants to stay competitive. We would not choose to book again since much better available elsewhere .
