I think the interior of the room was nice, and the snacks, drinks, and amenities were also substantial. It's a hotel I want to go to again! Thank you very much.

We felt that all of the services provided were very satisfying and great value for the amount we paid. There were a number of things we liked about the hotel: The housekeeping was efficient and we had clean towels every day of the week of our stay; the room was quiet and free from street noise; the reception staff helped us with everything we asked of them; and, overall, the hotel was tidy and well maintained. In regards to what we didn’t like: Our room didn’t have a nice view. So, I think future guests should be careful when booking if this is important to them; the pool was pleasant, but we needed to shower well after using it as there was a high concentration of Chlorine in the water; and, finally, the hotel lift was a bit complicated to use and I recommend that those that have trouble operating it should ask the staff at the desk to assist them. Overall, we had a very good stay.

浴槽付きの部屋を予約したのに、浴槽なしの部屋をアサインされてしまった。浴槽があるので、このホテルを予約したのに、ないのなら、他のホテルでも良かった。これは大きな失点です。あるなしを簡単に考えないでほしい。

安くとったプランだったせいもあるかもしれないが、窓から向かいの建物の窓(しかもカーテンがひかれていない)が丸見えで1日中カーテンを閉めておかなくてはいけなかった。3名で宿泊予約していたがタオル等も2組しか用意されておらず部屋も埃っぽかった。市街地に出るには何処にでも徒歩で行け立地は良かった。

Great location, grandchildren enjoy the breakfasts , and the treats they can help themselves too. Spacious rooms, comfy beds , the showers are another storey, no matter what little door is used they leak all over the floor , a very poor design . The kids live the pool although pretty cool and a shame the spa wasn’t in working order .

Location. Near city. Car park available upon request. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Smart TV. Plenty of storage. Had a small kitchette, but no utensils. Overall recommend.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed for our stay. I was able to park my car at the hotel which was very convenient

Wonderful stay at Naomi in Wellington. After a fire drill just at arrival, everything else looked easy. One thing with room for improvement maybe the breakfast

The location was great, as popping out for a meal was easy. Even with two young children. Plenty of options in Cuba Street. The family room was great. Nice and spacious. The staff were nice and accommodating, and after a couple of nights staying, were really friendly as they got to know us.

Great location, comfortable bed and funky rooms. Food was really good but pricey awesome cocktails. The spa was a drawcard for us so we were let down when we seen it was closed for maintenance.

It was just ok, didn’t like the 10 am checkout time! It’s noon here in Canada and USA and other world countries!

Topp hotell men litt bortgjemt. Utrolig fint design på innredningen og ett meget tilmøte kommende personal.men frokost kan man lett stå over continental breakfast. På utsjekk hadde personalet gjort en liten godtepose til reisen videre.. Hotell jeg lett kan anbefale !!
