Great property with easy, walkable access to all the main tourist areas. Everything was very clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the valet parking service we used was convenient and worked perfectly

Beautiful & great location- few mins walking to the Marina, restaurants, & coffee shops.
Helpful & Friendly staffs, best of all my complimentary bottle of wine was delightful, a nice touch to our stay- thank you QT Auckland, we will be back soon!

Great hotel but sadly our shower flodded the whole bathroom and when it was pointed out to staff nothing was done to resolve this. Habe stayed at the QT in numerous occasions with fantastic service

Nice hotel rooms. conveniently located a short walk from the harbour. The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. Nice breakfast with a variety of choices. The hotel has two bars, one on the ground floor and a roof top bar with views. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, accommodating. The room was quirky but cool. The bed was one of the best we’ve ever slept in. Only let down of this property was the traffic noise outside at all hours of the night. Despite that we will definitely be back!

Check out was 10am, a bit early at this price point. They were calling my room every day which was annoying and 20mins past checkout time they were knocking at calling the room to let me know.
I thought I had until 11, but it was 10.
Restaurant staff was hit or miss.
View was rubbish. For the price, not worth it.
