It's very convenient to go to airport. The room is perfect clean and quiet The extra milk serve fresh.i recommend this hotel for staying one night. However the restaurant was so loud, no romantic:) hard to speak and listen. I don't know it's just that day or ? The menu looks hmmm some limitations. The taste is good. The staffs are young and work seriously.

It was one of the worst experiences for me to stay hotel. The location is far from airport (even it name has airport) but there’s no free shuttle bus service, staff was as if they were armature, toilet in our room had stained of previous customers. I wouldn’t recommend to stay this hotel if you wish to have good memories in Auckland.

We loved using the pool. Great sized room for us and our two children. A great place to stay before we flew out of Auckland airport. We would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located

Everything was just amazing, from customer service to dine in. My family enjoyed it.

Overall an okay hotel if you’re just looking for a layover stay close to the airport. Beds were hard and pillows too flat, breakfast was horrible but there are very few options to eat elsewhere in walking distance. I suggest you spend the extra money on transport to get a hotel in downtown Auckland so you’ll have good cafes, restaurants and attractions closeby!

After being initially disappointed that no milk was supplied in the room that was immediately replaced with amusement when after a quick call to reception a robot showed up at the room with 2 bottles of milk. A very enjoyable stay at a clean quiet hotel will excellent black out curtains. The transfer bus also stops right outside the main site providing a very efficient trip to the airport. All in all the perfect spot to overnight for an early morning flight. Diving options and the pool also looked excellent although we didn't have the opportunity to try them this trip, maybe the next one.

The dinner was unexpectedly very very good compliments to the chef. Lamb loin excellent calmari excellent masala chicken excellent

We enjoyed the rooms, the shower was amazing and the beds wonderful. The restaurant was hit and miss. The chicken was very dry and very, very overcooked. The fish was incredible. The service and staff OUTSTANDING. weill definitely stay again.
