不便!次はない。 スタッフはいない、レセプションも鍵がかかっていて不在。 電話をかけてスタッフからキーボックスの暗証番号を聞いて部屋の鍵を入手。入室してもWi-Fiパスワード不明。またもや電話してようやくWi-Fi接続するも、室内では電波が弱く使えない。 動画や情報入手のために自分の宿泊部屋の玄関口、もしくは車に乗ってインターネットに接続しました。不便だし、事前にチェックイン等の情報が記載されていないのが不親切。

キャンプ場のロッジを広くしたような感じですが、使いたいものすべて揃っていてありがたかったです。 ただ、シャワーの出が悪かったので、ちょっとマイナスに。 歩いて10分ほどの所に大きなスーパーもあります。

Don’t do it is my advice. We arrived at 4.30 on check in day to find a closed office and no sign of any staff. A note on the window said if the office was unattended we should have an email giving our room number and how to access the key. There was no email. We rang the contact number provided (which obviously provided a service for multiple hotels) and were asked where we were and told that someone would be there to help us shortly. No one came as we waited in the cold for at least 10 minutes. We rang back, we were then provided with a room number and the code for the key lock box. Room ordinary and not well cleaned in parts (a piece of dental floss in the bathroom drawer which was stained and unpleasant. Did not see a staff member for the rest of our overnight stay or at checkout the next morning. Spend your money somewhere else.

Totally waste my money am calling regarding my room number and knowing for key they didn’t ans my call cause my check in time there 17 aug 2pm but am arriving there 9 clock and am calling regarding my excess key and for the room but try are no pickup my call am totally angry cause i was waste my money 😡😡😡

Just what we needed and even got an ugrade! We will be back!

Booked here for 1 night but could not stay as the room was filthy, used cup in the kitchen and a human tooth on the bathroom floor. They declined our request for a refund.

It was ok. You get what you paid for. A little attention to detail in the cleaning area would be good

Beautiful place to stay . We can cook our food and do our washing/ dryer for free . The bed is so comfortable.

Comfortable bed and clean.

Great for what it is and the price. Bed was hard and on a lean. Not having a manned office on site was annoying with no eftpos machine but writing your credit card details on paper - not professional or safe.

Carpet was lifting/spilt No Sky yet in the room info sheet it said 3 sky channels Phone reception at 7pm and get told Im out side office hours, which are 9 to 9 Would I stay there again. No thanks

Good place to stay with parking on site.

Not upset about the stay, just a bit dirty and old. The beds were comfortable and check-in was very easy. Would stay here again.

It was suitable for my family

Very poor. We booked and paid for 4 people and were provided with a room for 3. A staff member gave us a sheet and we had to make up a sofa ourselves. Wifi didn’t work in the room. A cold room. Really bad.

I would not recommend this place because of how unclean it felt. The floor was sticky, cups and cutlery were greasy, my towels were damp, and there was dried poo on the outside of the toilet.

Was quiet and easy to get to bus stops and shops. Only thing was towels had holes and stained.

Safe and quiet.

We stayed three nights. The room wasn't serviced at all. no clean towels no face cloths rubbish bins not emptied no plug in the bathroom basin the shower leaked onto the floor. Over all not a good experience. On the Saturday night other guests were partying out side until 2am and management did not put a stop to it.
