Just in front of a bus stop, opposite to a supermarket. Some bars, restaurants, of course the beach, within a minute walk. The room is clean, has a jetbath. Although I spent here just a night. I wish I could stay for a few days!

I loved the stay

Firstly the towel rail wasnt there but a note to say hang towels on rail instead of having them changed daily to help with water and power. Secondly there was a note saying for guests not to use the spa bath or bath but no reason why, this was disappointmenting especially to hear another room was able to use theres. My son and i both have been bite by fleas or something similar from the stay. There was no kitchen sink to wash dishes in so this had to be done in bathroom sink next to toilet...yuck! First night when we arrived we had been left one facecloth for all 3 of us. The next day we were give 2 to use. I had booked us in for 3 people to stay. Thankfully we were given 3 towels. One light didnt work and the fan in bathroom hardly worked which ment after a shower there was condensation in the room So not happy and wouldnt recommend or return.

It was fine for one night, but basic things like doors not closing properly, curtains coming off the rails, mould on the roof in the bathroom. Definitely a 3-star quality place, but beds were comfy and we slept well. Get what you pay for.

Handy to shops and beach

dissapointing and misrepresented in website. It is so run down and disgusting . The bed was clean though, but it is a depressing hole

Disappointed that the room didnt have a bath like it is listed to have. We got there and the carpet of our room by the bathroom was very wet, we rang and told them so the duty manager showed up and just gave us some towels to put on it. Next morning another worker shower up and replaced the towels for others. The room had a really average smell so I assume the leak had been around for a while.

We loved that we could bring our dog millie too. We had birthday 🎂 celebrations and the location was perfect for shops, food options and beach. Millie says thank you to Saturday crew for all the extra love, cuddles and attention. Definitely will be back. Thanks superstars

Very nice hotel about a 5 minute walk from the beach and various shops and restaurants. Only thing is there’s no AC, just a fan in the room so you will have to leave some windows open and the fan running in the summertime

Easy and accommodating. Very nice accommodations.

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. The building needs TLC as we can hear every word from reception as well as noise upstairs. However, the receptionist was very friendly and lovely, the room was specious with full kitchen plus a spa bathtub at good price, and the beach is just around corner which is what I was after. Overall I was happy with this stay.

Older property, great location tho'. Plenty of off street parking. Value for $$

A lovely unit amongst a tired looking set of buildings. Our room was clean and tidy, quiet, very handy to the shops and all amenities. Sarah greeted and farewelled us with a smile.

Thermal pool ,spa and great room

Very convenient studio for us to stay in. Everything worked as it should. Enjoyed our stay. team very friendly and helpful.

Close to beach, shops and dining. Spacious and clean.

I thought that the room was very good. The only criticism would be that there were people staying in the flat above me that seemed to run marathons at all hours of the day and night. Overall, I'd recommend staying at U Studios Paraparaumu Beach.
