Excelente servicio, personal amable y calificado

Se siente como en casa, el personal sumamente amable, eficiente y servicial! Buena ubicación, céntrico y seguro.

Terrible. La comida del desayuno espantosa. No tenia gusto, huevos mal fritos, gallo pinto choco, los vasos tenia edor a huevo podrido. La television de la habitacion no funciono del todo, el lavamano quebrado. Un ropero que es mejor el de la india Maria. Poco profesionalismo.

Breakfast menu is practically the same every morning ( Chefs need to vary the menu) Everything else is wonderful, I recommend this Hotel a 100 percent without doubt

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Mozonte. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel has a beautiful traditional atmosphere that truly reflects the culture and warmth of Nicaragua. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall environment felt safe and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and many areas around Managua. I especially appreciated the hospitality and the peaceful ambiance throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Managua.

El personal muy maleducado.

Mi experiencia fue de lo mejor el staff muy atentos especialmente Jose tremendo anfritrion, el staff de la limpieza muy atentos me parece muy prudencial ya despues de las 10:pm toda la adrenalina se calma alrededor de la piscina , la comida ese es un campo que no pude explorar debido a una condicion de salud pero me imagino no quedaran desanimados al final doy una alta recomendacion para estar o pasar unos dias en managua o el tiempo deseado Well, this is an incredible place to stay the staff very attentive regarding in the different aspects like hosting, cleanning kitchen the rooms are pretty good depends not that big but not too small very good for one or two people so my experience it was very cozy I would really recommend this place to every one I hope you like it.

El peor lugar para hospedarse cucarachas por todos los lados en las noches, ruido de discomovil, servicio de restaurante pésimo, no respetan las horas de servicio y no hay cosas disponibles del menú, mala actitud y atención del personal, no respetan privacidad, entraron a la habitación sin consultar, piscina sucia por el day pass del fin de semana. Definitivamente una mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

Hotel Mozonte looks very nice from the outside, but the inside was disappointing. The sheets were not thoroughly clean, and there was noise every day and night from people yelling and partying in the pool area, which is not appropriate. I also found small cockroaches in the bathroom. The stairs are in serious need of maintenance; it felt unsafe going up and down. The only good things I can mention are the hot water and the fresh breakfast, although the breakfast is the same every day.

No me brindaron wifi,y no me brindaron agua en la habitación, había un refrigerador,no se para q si no permitían el ingreso d bebidas?

Todo muy bien excelente atención del personal front desk y del personal de aseo el servicio del resto muy deficiente estube srntado casi media hora y los meseros no me atendieron gracias

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful it was so nice to have breakfast included and not have to worry about heading out to find somewhere to eat and the food looked and tasted delicious even had supper there one night.
