The contract says two free breakfasts but they only allow one.

Everything you put online is not there.. no swimming pool bad reception.. the room is bad

I changed my room 3 times due to the poor condition of the room. The room had a damp smell. Got stuck in the lift once. The cleaner never washed the shower room just made the bed. In general it was a bad experience. Poor service and poor maintenance. Wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The hotel has some good staff but the management is very poor in their leadership I would never stay at this hotel again as it is nothing like advertising and very poorly run

Not a very nice hotel,very tacky.bugs, shower no hot water. Lied about free breakfast hot or cold.

I booked a room online and the description of the room and reservation was not what I was expecting. You check in with your reservation, but then they take you to a room that has a bed so small that it would be impossible for 2 people to sleep in. So you are almost forced to upgrade and pay their rate, not the discounted rate you could get online. The complimentary breakfast is for only 1 person. Not 2. There is no swimming pool. There's a hole in the back filled with black mossy water. There is no gym. The bed was comfortable but bedding and towels very stained. The front desk staff is very rude and argumentative when making small requests. The restaurant was mediocre. They don't always have what's on the menu. Location of hotel is extremely difficult to find.

The stay was bad the room I stayed in the a/c didn't work properly and the room was mosquito infested. The room bathroom and linen was dirty. Would never stay there again.

My hotel package included free breakfast, free parking, free wifi, cable, and pool. I paid about $80 for 5 nights and completely enjoyed my stay. The staffs were very professional and friendly. the room which was meticulously cleaned each was also sophisticated with modern amenities I.e card activated lighting, air conditioning, water heater etc. The free breakfast however could be improved. The hotel is strategically situated close to shopping, city life, banks, transportation, eateries, etc.

My stayed there was horrible the front desk are not professionals the air conditioner was not cool and I talked to the front desk about it but nothing was done to correct it so I have to leave immediately because it was too hot in the room this is Africa .I'm not impressed.plus the room is not Clean.
