I think the standard has dropped in my opinion. The staffs are excellent in their duties, always willing to assist but the variety of food for breakfast is far below standard.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The property needs attention. The pool was not swimmable due to green algae. There was mold in the bathrooms, and I had to switch rooms 3 times. The toilet surround smelled like urine in 2 of the rooms. The last room I was in the water steamer for hot drinks had little white worms. I think the property owners need to step it up! Oh last, I didn’t use the gym at all because the attendant was incredibly rude!

When I booked online and showed up at the hotel they tried to tell me that there weren’t any rooms left and asked me to cancel. They then were able to find a room after I started talking to hotels.com customer service. The room was smaller than what is in the pictures, not as clean and not as modern. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain and there was no remote for the tv. It’s probably one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for this price point. Your money is better spent going somewhere else.

Had a great experience, was checked into a good spacious room. The staffs were cautious and well mannered. Left with a good taste on my lips

The property was very clean, open, and has a fantastic free breakfast for one. It also has a few boutique stores on the property. I needed a last minute polo shirt, and was able to get it at a reasonable price. Front desk staff was always visible even in the middle of the night. Drinks were very close.

The room was not available and we were downgraded to a nearby hotel

Great hotel but I was checked into an awful room. Couldn't wait to check out. Ultimately didn't enjoy my stay at this reservation.

They can be quite delayed in delivering food.
