Very neat and the staff are very friendly with well manner

They need to work on the cleanliness of their towels and bedsheets.

Room was not clean. Beddings were dirty and we had to request for a replacement immediately we checked in. Still, the replacements were bad. White beddings were grey. Pillows had brown seat marks all over. There was mold in the bathroom. Room curtains were so dirty and seems like they had not been washed in years! WiFi was ok, and the service was not great. The staff looked so non chalant and unfriendly. There was no privacy and it was so noisy. The room locks were not working well. We managed because we booked one night and had an early morning checkout. Avoid this place ! There are better options in this city for the same price.

Epileptic power supply. It felt like somebody was toying with the power switch.

There was no WiFi for 3 and a half days which completely ruined my stay there. They didn't give any reason why, provide any updates or have any solutions. I ended up having to use my Data Roaming which cost a lot of money

It was okay. The staffs were friendly. The breakfast was great. I’ll definitely give kudos to their chefs for their amazing Swallow, Jollof Rice, and Pepper Soup. However, work needs to be done on cleanliness. I don’t like all the towels given. Very old with some stains. I don’t wanna type much here. I’ll rate the gym and pool 1 star.

The fridge is dead. No hit water for showering. Not enough towels in the bathroom. The room is clean but the over all condition is below standard now. There has definitely been a regression in comfort, service and maintenance

There is nothing special about this accommodation. The Wifi is a mess, the room produce repugnant smells after cleansing. Dinning staffs are rude to to me. I could go and on.

The hotel looked like a luxury hotel upon arrival. No complaints about the bell man. Once you have paid, the service is terrible, air conditioner, was not blowing cool air, the door lock didn’t function properly. My husband called twice for the room to be cleaned and nobody came. This hotel is too pricey for bad service.

Dirty bed spread, water barley gets hot, towels are old. Not worth it for me

The property is good. The staff were really helpful. They did all they possible could to make you feel comfortable. There was noise from, i believe, a club not far from the hotel but it may be a concern for light sleepers.

Great staff, excellent food, affordable hotel. The property is slightly old/dated but generally okay. I recommend.

Just need to upgrade the AC and the shower. But overall very nice to lodge.

The hotel room, bed and room furniture were very old and hasnt been updated since they opened years ago. Also the room towers were brownish and not clean
