Every thing was excellent, nice stay clean room , friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much

Power was lost frequently, including the elevator. Food was fun at the poolside, the overall hotel is old and aged, dark and unsustained. The rooms are old. The bed was new and very nice and firm. After taking a beer at the bar, I had to walk to receiption to pay. Quite a pain. The WiFi keeps resetting to different servers with all different passwords. Finally, checking in took a long time, and I wasn’t waiting for anyone in front of me.

This hotel needs a complete make-over, it's in very poor condition by any standard, no where close to a 4 or 5 star hotel. I would never stay here again, unless it's completely updated and upgraded. I wish I had paid more attention and read reviews before booking, I would never have stayed here.

The hotel staff was so friendly! They definitely made the stay for us! I do think that remodeling could be advantageous (Shower, bathroom are outdated.

The property is quite beautiful although the bathroom was very dated and werent very clean. What contributed to my rating for this property was the terrible service we received upon check-in. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and when I informed the manager he didnt even acknkwledge me. I would never stay at this property again.

Het hotel is erg oud. Het matras was erg slecht. Zelfs het beddengoed was oud. Het internet was behoorlijk traag. Het grote voordeel is dat er qua eten veel opties zijn, de restaurants zijn erg goed. Buiten is er veel ruimte om te relaxen, met een groot zwembad. De tennisbanen zijn gerenoveerd en liggen er goed bij. De communicatie met room service verliep erg slecht. Ik kreeg mijn eten een keer 45 min. later en ook een keer iets anders dan ik had besteld. Ik ben er nu drie keer geweest, maar ik twijfel of ik nogmaals zal gaan. Als ik een goed alternatief vind, zal ik die zeker uitproberen.

The building is bold and you can see it. Light fixture were covered in dust and the bathroom was disappointing. Old and the ceiling was leaking. Plus the lighting was so dim. But overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was rather tasty.

Absolutely nothing worked, the room looked old and dusty, the air conditioning sounded very bad, staffs were in and out of my room trying to fix one thing or the other. The wifi was terrible, the food menu prices were different from the actual price after an order is been placed. The only helpful stuff was Ada the guess relation personal. Lovely lady.

I wish they would update their rooms, train their staff. Rooms are spacious which was a plus. Various f/b outlets which is a plus.

Room wasn’t clean. Food is very bad despite their 3 restaurants. AVOID THIS HOTEL

It is better to book at the hotel at the premises where you can negotiate, especially on weekends. Expedia charge higher for weekend rate & there’s no breakfast as stated on the booking & that’s disappointing.

Absolutely NOTHING!!! For those that’d be reading this; please STAY away from this hotel for your health’s sake!!

The hotel is great. Food was outstanding being an Expat worker we struggle to have good food, but this hotel was amazing. The rooms are dated but all in all it was a great stay. Will be booking for more company employees to be staying here also.
