We had a lovely stay at Transcorp Hilton!
Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning kept us cool, and friendly staff. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and the pool was very refreshing after a long day of excursions. The deep end goes to 7ft which was nice to swim in.
The bar and restaurant near the pool was lovely to hang out in the evening! We watched futball matches and enjoyed food at the pool side. The food and drinks were good! We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. Great selection of food, and drinks!
We also utilized their car airport shuttle to and from hotel! We rented a car for a full day! We felt safe and car service was efficient!
We will definitely stay at Transcorp Hilton again!

They forgot to pick me up at the airport. Wheb I finally arrived, I waited 10 mins before someone acknowledged me at the reception. Then they double charged me and then broke my credit card so that it wouldnt work again in any machine. The TVs and wifi are unreliable. There are too many people and they are too busy with other events rather instead of focusing on the hotel guest experience. They tried to solve things with a cheap bottle of wine, but every day there was an issue.

The hotel is begging for some refurbishment ,especially the gym. The food was ok at the breakfast otherwise by the pool restaurants not very good. The bed was very comfortable and generally the room was quiet . The Hotel is ok but feels like stuck in the 70’s

Poor/old room condition. Carpet smells and is dirty. Furniture worn out etc.
Upon checking out, reception desk tried to fleece me of extra payment, despite already pre-paying to Expedia in full.

The property is nice. I booked on a daily via hotel.com and so got to experience different rooms over 3 nights.
However, the check in process was a nightmare. Despite having my booking confirmation, I was treated with suspicion and denied check in on 2 occasions.
Upon arrival, I was told that the 3rd party had not processes the payment hence I could not check in. After about 30 mins back and forth I finally checked in.
Second night, it was the same story
Last night was the worst, I reported at 9 that I had made another reservation. I was told there was no payment. I went back at 1400, still no payment so I was not allowed to check in, again at 1700 same story. It was after the manager intervened that I was allowed to check in at 1830

3pm was check in but had to wait for 2hrs till we got to our room. They did give us complementary dinner! We were very thankful for that! This place is beautiful and the staff are all very nice!!! I will return! Oh and the best thing was the beds, was like sleep on a cloud!!!!
