A good, clean and very welcoming Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food offering was also very good. Location was excellent and transportation easy to find. The only area of improvement is with the WiFi service. The availability of continuous WiFi service (that have working internet connection) needs to be improved.

ナイジェリアのホテル事情という限定で、安くていいホテルの表現が当てはまる所です。 必要書類をフロントにメールで送りプリントアウトしてもらおうとしたら、プリンターが壊れているとか、日曜日だからという訳の解らない返答でしてもらえなかった。以前からそうだが、シャワーと蛇口との切り替えがうまくいかない。ナイジェリアで総じて言えることだが、部屋のデスク用ライトが不足している。総じて明るさが足りない。

空港に非常に近く、早朝便のための前日泊には最適です。　レストランの味は、しょっぱかったです。　部屋での不便さとしましては、小さなクローゼットにﾊﾝｶﾞｰも横渡しﾊﾞｰもなく、ジャケット等を掛けることが出来なかったことです。その他、現地通貨に交換しようとした際、交換のレシートを出さないことには、閉口しました。

The rooms were too shabby looking, chairs were torn, no, AC had no remote control, business suite has no sofa bed, fridge was dirty and nasty. Overall it was not a good experience.

They gave us the worst room saying it was better than what I had booked but we saw the other rooms were nicer. Desk person was rude but cleaning staff were nice humble people. Go to any other hotel than the Welcome center.

Disappointing stay on a hotel that I have used for several years dating back to year 2000. I have stayed here more than 20 times for mostly two to three nights stay due to proximity to airport. But this visit was heartbreaking. Nothing really worked. No hot water. WiFi didn’t work. Breakfast was rationed to four cuts of fried yam and lousy egg sauce that was hardly a full meal spoon. I was disappointed to say the least. Needless to say it would be my last visit!

The picture on the website is outdated. Gives you a false sense of comfort. The water was never hot or luke warm, I had to take a cold shower every day. Anytime you ordered from the restaurant it took an hour or more. The food was ok the beef was always hard as a brick like beef jerky. The toilet did not flush half the time. The bathroom was so small only a kid could fit into it. This hotel has a lot of potential. Right now it's a big space of dust.

Rude staff. They served dinner at 9pm ratioed our dinner, and didnt serve breakfast. No hot water, air conditioner was broke, there was urine on my toilet seat, and every light was motion sensor. Couldnt shower because the light continuously kept shutting off. Dont recommend at all!!

At check in there was only one person having to deal with all requests. After 20 mins I got my room key. Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. Shower has a plastic curtain though and the water pressure was very weak. Hotel is close to the airport, but does not offer a schüttle service nor allow you to pay with an international CC so the hotel can pay the taxi driver. So make sure to have cash with you or load the Uber app onto your phone. Personally I was not impressed and would prefer a menu to choose western food.

This is not my first time staying at welcome, i've been using this place as of 2017, and i have no issues or complan. However, they need to work on their wifi/internet issues, other than that, i'm pleased. I know most of their workers, very friendly and helpful.
