Great clean spacious rooms located right on the lake.

Parking was a problem in the place

The room was very clean and the staff was very on top of things and always ready to help.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful room, gorgeous views and grounds, gourmet food and friendliest staff. We stayed there for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Hotel offers various water activities, free paddleboard and kayaks and very reasonable boat and jetski rental. Room was spacious and clean, food in the restaurant delicious. Best papusas and seafood in entire El Salvador. They also have really good coffee and complimentary breakfast

Everything was excellent, I liked it.

The hotel is at the end of the narrow dirt road of the lake and is almost no street lights. It is too far away from the other hotels and water activities. Please consider this as you will be isolated from the rest of the island unless this is your objective. However, we found that the hotel does not offer enough amenities to make it worth while. There is one jetski and several padel boards and kayaks which will require you to have some level of fitness. There pool is dated and needed repairs (not how it was advertised) But please consider the fact the hotel sits on the south side of the lake which the mountain will cover the hotel earlier in the day which limits the sun light. This made the place seem darker and less conducent to stay out in the water. Our stay was in first week of December (for a point of reference) and this side of the lake was pretty lonely. If you're looking for a more active vibe this is not it. The have a day pass charge of $25 for each person and you are not allowed into any of the rooms. After a certain time you will not be allowed into the docking area near the water. My recommendation is to stay closer to the North eastern side of the island (towards the entrance) to take full advantage of the restaurant, bars and water activities.

The hotel is well taken care of. The hotel has a dock which you can sit down and relax while enjoying the view of the water. The staff is very friendly and offer superior service. The food is delicious and prepared in a timely manner. Josue was the mastermind behind the coffee that was sold. The coffee was great and he provided us with where the coffee was grown and how to enjoy.

Amazing hotel, food, staff and facilities. Beautiful lake to paddleboard and swim in.

Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel on Lake Coatepeque. We got the bus from Santa Ana and the final stop is very close to the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the facilities excellent. Great views, nice food. We used the kayaks which were included. Would highly recommend!

Internet was so slow in the room

Beautiful Property. Stayed one night passing through in a Lake View room. GORGEOUS location. The drive is 4 miles via tough dirt road so keep that 20 min ride in mind when headed that way. Restaurant served great food, although plan to wait about 45 mins to get it.

Beautifull place

Beautiful views of the lake. Delicious food. The staff was very polite and hepful. We were welcomed by Juan, administration, who was always helpful with suggestions on meals, very attentive in helping us whenever needed. He went above and beyond his duties. The waitress, Kamila was great. Always greeted us with a smile. Took care of us and our needs. Both excellent at their jobs. The road a bit bad to get there but worth it. We dewlt mostlyJuan,

Everything at this property was amazing! The staff, the room, the service, the property, the views, and all of the activities offered were incredible.

Rough road in and out but this hotel is beautiful. Great views from the balcony. Calm and peaceful. We only stayed one night so we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities.

It was Just perfect for the local and the changes to the were ok

To stay again, definitely loved it. I wish soon again
