Room not very clean service and reception was excellent. Location also excellent

Çok merkezi bir yerde, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendiler çok nazikti sabah erken uçuşumuz olmasına rağmen bize sandiviç yapıp resepsiyona bıraktılar çok nazik bir hareketti.

-Restoranı yemekleri güzel. -güler yüzlü personel. -temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi yine de fena değil. -bazı odaların manzaraları çok kötü.

I stayed here two weeks ago. The room was clean. It's right in the city center. You can easily walk to all the tourist attractions. Besides that, what really impressed us was the helpfulness of the ladies at the hotel reception. They answered all our questions. They even gave us printouts of bus schedules and city maps. They were very friendly. Plus, the breakfast area under the hotel is a fantastic establishment. The breakfast is good. Everything else you eat and drink is 20% off for hotel guests, and the staff there are also very nice. It was excellent. I recommend it to everyone. A big thank you again to the beautiful ladies at the hotel reception. <3

Oda tertemizdi, personel cok yardimciydi. Konum olarak her yere cok kisa yurume mesafesinde, rahatlikla konaklayabileceginiz bir yer.

Oda tertemizdi, çarşaflar ve havlularda hiçbir problem yoktu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlülerdi ve yardımcı oldular. Hotel çok merkezi bir konumdaydı ve içerisi modern tasarlanmıştı.

Very convenient location, nice rooms and big bathroom. The dining glass garden wins.

Instalações simples, mas que atendem. Limpeza pode melhorar. A localização é excelente. O desconto que oferecem no restaurante anexo é ótimo e vale super a pena. O café da manhã da direito a uma opção de bebida quente e uma fria e mais um prato a sua escolha.

Amazing and helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice cozy room. The location is just perfect.

Resepsiyon ve mutfak personeli ilgiliydi ancak oda hiç süpürülüp silinmemiş terliğin altı toz kir ve saçtı hep, başka insanların unutulan eşyası vardı oda da, şapka unutulmuş kocaman yerde duruyor temizlerken görmemek mümkün değil

Çok güzel bir otel temiz kahvaltısı da öyle biz Türkiye’den geldik ve çok beğendik

Breakfast was included & they had wonderful choices, from Macedonian to full English breakfast, plus muesli, yogurt, fruit & other options. The res’t has a view of the main square & offers lunch & dinner too. We had a light dinner one night & it was excellent. There were a number of local & international choices. We went in December & the res’t was very festive & tastefully decorated. All the staff were very helpful & the fellow at the front desk jumped up & carried our heavy luggage up the stairs to our room. We were impressed. They feed the kitties outside, so that made me very 😊. Our room was fairly small, but comfortable. Since it’s just off the main square you could hear people outside well after we went to bed. Good location for walking around the city center.
