空港にも近くてスタッフの方達が非常に親切でした。朝食もおいしかったです。

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and chair. When I rang from the Airport asking about transport options, I was told to walk. It’s just over a mile (1.6km)There are no paths/sidewalks on either side of the road. On checking in, I was told that staff are not allowed to call taxis for guests. Next morning there was a sign at reception confirming such. There was no one at reception anyway. It’s a shame as the food was great and the restaurant and bar service was good

This is a decent hotel for a night before a flight from Belfast. The room was a nice surprise. The staff were ok, for a pass through hotel. They were more interested in talking to each other rather than the guests. Wanting to take payment for every drink or bag of crisps seemed a little unnecessary as we were there for dinner as well, so that was irksome. Dinner was fine. Wine options seem to be 150ml little bottles only. Breakfast was self serve, The scrambled eggs were water logged, so we left the cooked option well alone. Overall it served its purpose.

Hyggelig personale og sjarmerende gammel bygning. Rommet var stort og sengen komfortabel. En del støy fra veien som går rett forbi, men ellers flott.

I stayed there as I thought it was close enough to the airport to walk there in the morning. Turns out there was no path. Also, the taxi fare was £18 for a 2 min drive 😕

Room was clean and spacious. Could benefit from blackout curtains.The night porter who checked us in was very helpful

No heating in the room 102 staff acted surprised but when we arrived there a was electric blow heater in the room staff came to check and try to work it twice and it still didn’t told us that they would ring in half hour to check to see if it was working but we had a early flight to catch the next morning went to bed with a hot water bottle . Night porter said we had a heater but I’m sorry when u pay over £100 pound for a night u expect heat in the room to work. Even after u get staff to check it . Simply not good enough especially in march

On booking this hotel, it was on the premise that this would have the availability of a transfer to the airport. On arrival we were pointed to a sign which said this service did now not exist along with a list of taxi firms for us to contact and make our own arrangements.when we arrived at our room, it was freezing and tried to increase the heat but to no avail. They told us that there were small heaters that could be used but they really would not be suitable to heat an entire room.We contacted reception and they came to the room and worked on the heating dial and told us that it would much warmer in 3 minutes. We went to dinner and returned to the room only to find that it was still cold. We returned to reception and they asked if they could give them 10 minutes after which they took us to another room. It was obvious that the heating did not work properly there and they had used a small heater to give us the impression that it was. Very disappointing. We had to get up early for a flight and arrange transport so we just took the the room as there was nothing else available. The next morning we discussed what happen with another member of staff and all they said was that they would have it checked out. At no point did anyone apologies for the inconvenience either that morning or the previous evening. Nor did they advise in advance that this transfer service was no longer available. We would have cancelledSuch an unprofessional set up. A disappointing start to our holidays.

Handy location and transfer to airport was convenient. The pub was nice and cozy.

All was great only one thing restaurant closed at 8 pm was a bit early but ok

Tired, dreary, not good enough. I stayed in room 209 and the bed was simply a disgrace. Made up of 2 single mattresses, one about 15 years old and the other one in its 80s. Sagging, springs sticking out, quite simply unacceptable. There was no hot water in the shower, the place desperately needs a revamp, it’s old, tired and dirty in places. Won’t be staying again.

Clean room food in restaurant good just the breakfast let it down. Hit food limited and some was cold

Nice wee stopover for early morning flights. Didn’t eat here, room was large warm and comfortable. Also saved us a drive over the Glenshane Pass in snowy conditions, making our morning less stressful.
