Very spacious room and shower room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar with good food downstairs. Automated check in with a free beer! If you have mobility issues then best specify when booking as there are a lot of stairs to upper bedrooms. Ideal location with Botanic rail station opposite. All in all an ideal place to stay in Belfast

Self check in is easy - but then don’t expect any help if you need it, couldn’t contact anyone, sent a message and still waiting a reply now. The hall way smelt of cooking, and the room smelt of sewage. The room was very spacious and clean, but it’s above a pub, and there were outdoor seating area speakers playing loud music until gone 11:30pm - not ideal at all it kept us awake the whole time. Also messaged the hotel on arrival due to the fact there was feather duvets to which I have an allergy to - it’s been so long since I came across a feather duvet at a hotel I didn’t think to message ahead. I had no response for them - had to take an antihistamine and hope for the best sleeping with the sheet. Nice room, great price, shame about the noise and smell and lack of service.

Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs.

Our room did not match what was advertised and did not feel very welcoming. We had everything we needed, but I do not think I’d recommend this place. We were above the bar and the music was very loud.

Self check-in very easy and room easy to locate. Room as expected and bed very comfortable. The rooms are above a bar but on a Wednesday night there was no disturbance. The road is busy 24 hours a day so expect traffic noise. Perfect location for The Empire and a few nice restaurants around. Would definitely return for a concert in the Empire.

Great location and nice room for the price. Very spacious bathroom as well! Close walking distance to the main downtown area.

The room was clean, par some limescale at the bottom of the kettle. No staff so was a breeze for an antisocial like me, the location is really close to the centre was easy to get to from the airport. Bed was very comfy and I was so happy that they had a Remington hairdryer as a curly haired girl. Was given 2 bottles of fresh water a day and replenished tea/coffee/shampoo/conditioner/body wash and soap. There is only stairs no lifts so pack light.

Location was absolutely fantastic and the hotel itself was lovely - super clean and modern with a great bar downstairs. Staff were all really friendly too!

There was a welcome beverage we did not notice until we were leaving but some bottled water in our room to help us settle in. Plenty of amenities nearby and tips to navigate the city.

Room ok, was on the top floor, radiator was on full when we arrived, which was unbearable. The room is basic, but has what you need. The bed is comfy, shower decent, could do with more coat hangers if I am being picky.

Staff were fantastic as usual, didnt like the new grey decor...preferrred it the other way but everyinw has different tastes
