素晴らしい滞在でした。階下のバーのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、ちょっとしたアメニティもたくさんありました。強くお勧めします。

Delighted with hotel and room. Was a bit noisy but I knew this in advance as room above the bar not a church and is in a busy area. I would stay again next time in Belfast.

We got the room for a good price and this was obvious! The free beer at check in was the best part. No lift which isn't easy with suitcases, the window seat was a lovely touch but the cushion has seen better days and the view left a lot to be desired. Cleaning is basic, window covered in paint and grout in bathroom gave me the creeps. Parking is also a nightmare, 1hr 15 minutes cost me £2.60. overall, it was what I expected for the price but if I paid more I would have been very unhappy. Our room had steps as soon as you came in and no cups, two paper cups for tea and coffee. Lighting is terrible in the room and the bathroom is no better so be warned, wife wasn't happy when it came to putting on make up. Also remember your own toiletries, I noted our sink had accumulated a collection of used soaps in the back of the basin

We booked two rooms, and unfortunately one of the rooms had mould in it. I first noticed a very strong smell of air freshener, and later noticed the mouldy smell in the bathroom. The other room was fine. The location is good though right next to Queen’s University

I rated staff as 3 but only because it’s totally self-serve and I never saw any staff. It’s a clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of buzzy Botanic. Be aware that rooms over the bar will be noisy until closing time so request a room at the back if that’s going to be a problem for you. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Belfast.

I booked through a third party, and there were a few hiccups trying to get in touch with the hotel due to recent changes at the hotel, including their contact info. After that was resolved, the stay was fantastic. The room (a quad) was enormous and very clean and comfortable. The property is located in a great neighborhood with lots of food options. It was a little bit loud as it's over a bar, especially with the windows open. But it quieted down by midnight. All in all, I would stay there again.

Staff were excellent, especially for a self-service! The room was very well appointed, bed was comfortable and the windows 'people viewing' seat was an unexpected gift. The restaurant just downstairs is excellent (bar food), and the coffee house across the street offered early morning coffees and pastries. Access to the rail station just across the street was FANTASTIC, especially for travelers with luggage. The hotel is located on a city street across from a night club (and as described, does not have air conditioning), something to take into consideration if you're going in the summer months and need to have the windows open. Additionally, there are no elevators available for people with accessibility challenges.

Very spacious room and shower room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar with good food downstairs. Automated check in with a free beer! If you have mobility issues then best specify when booking as there are a lot of stairs to upper bedrooms. Ideal location with Botanic rail station opposite. All in all an ideal place to stay in Belfast

Self check in is easy - but then don’t expect any help if you need it, couldn’t contact anyone, sent a message and still waiting a reply now. The hall way smelt of cooking, and the room smelt of sewage. The room was very spacious and clean, but it’s above a pub, and there were outdoor seating area speakers playing loud music until gone 11:30pm - not ideal at all it kept us awake the whole time. Also messaged the hotel on arrival due to the fact there was feather duvets to which I have an allergy to - it’s been so long since I came across a feather duvet at a hotel I didn’t think to message ahead. I had no response for them - had to take an antihistamine and hope for the best sleeping with the sheet. Nice room, great price, shame about the noise and smell and lack of service.

Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs.

Self check-in very easy and room easy to locate. Room as expected and bed very comfortable. The rooms are above a bar but on a Wednesday night there was no disturbance. The road is busy 24 hours a day so expect traffic noise. Perfect location for The Empire and a few nice restaurants around. Would definitely return for a concert in the Empire.
