ビョルヴィカ アパートメンツ、オペラ エリア、オスロ シティ センター

2回目の宿泊でした。最初WIFIがつながらなかったが、すぐに対応してくれて、非常によかった。コーヒー、紅茶、バスアメニティなど、自分達で用意してたので、非常に快適だった。部屋は変わったのだが、変わらず洗濯機のみで、乾燥機はなかった。 全体的に快適でした。

チェックインの場所もアパートメントも駅の隣だが、駅出口から少し歩いていかなければならなかった。重いスーツケースを引きずってだと、少し大変だった。 部屋は綺麗でよかったが、夜に雨が降った時、二箇所も雨漏りして、それで目が覚めた。 洗濯機と洗濯用洗剤はあるが、乾燥機はなかった。 コーヒーメーカーはあるが、コーヒー紅茶はなく、バスアメニティは、石鹸のみ。 快適に過ごすには、自分である程度準備したほうが良いかもしれない。

The address listed for this hotel is not true - you pick up the keys from an office and then have to walk about 10minutes away to find a random apartment building where the room/suite will be. The directions that you are given on "check in" are very basic and unclear - good luck finding where you need to go. The "customer service" for this place is non-existent - there is nobody to speak to out-of-hours and messages and emails are replied to a week later. The bed and pillows are basic (my guess is they spent less than £5 for the most basic bedding set imaginable) - you will feel like you are staying in a scandi-themed prison cell. The kitchen may look nice in the photos but be warned - there is nothing in the cupboards, basic equipment is not available, making it useless. We were conned by the nice photos, and what we thought was a good location, but we would never stay here again and would warn others to avoid completely.

The location was excellent, with the convenience to trains and the City Centre. The area felt safe, was clean and lovely. The unit was not as nice as the general photos online and had quite a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom was dark. The indoor temperature was too hot, even on min, and the location overlooking the Central Station was too loud from trains to sleep with windows open. I would stay in a similar apartment again but would want to be more particular about the specific location and unit quality.

Lovely, clean spacious 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. Very central and easy walking distance from sights and central station. The Opera area of Oslo is modern and clean and a good base for a city break. Unfortunately the bedroom is at the back of the apartment, right up against a busy road, so we never managed a good nights sleep.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la gare. Supermarché kiwi au pied. Très bien équipé et propre. Machine à laver qui fait aussi sèche linge. Petite terrasse sympathique Seul bémol, le coin est extrêmement bruyant avec la fenêtre ouverte, les sons de la rue et des trains résonnent et sont amplifiés.

The property itself was good, however the 15 minute walk to get the key, followed by a 15 minute walk to get to the apartment after a transatlantic flight, all while dragging suitcases was too much.

Schöne, saubere, ruhige Wohnung in einer modernen Umgebung. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe, sowie Bahnhof, Fussgängerzone und Bademöglichkeiten.

The apartment location is convenient but the apartment itself is very basic. You have to collect key at different location to the apartment which we were not aware when booking. Expedia also shows payment taken but actually was not and hotel contacted me on day of arrival about to cancel my booking. There was no one to contact except building security and the apartment was very difficult to find at night. Outside balcony was dirty with weeds growing in garden. Curtains don’t close properly and office workers can see straight in both sides. Power cables lying across balcony. Rubber strip on front door loose trip hazard. There is no starter packs or tea coffee etc upon arrival which was very disappointing as we advised we are arriving late around midnight. There are no facilities and for the price I paid, I would have been better off staying in a hotel.

Ekstremt dårlig luft i leiligheten!!!!!!

This property, while nice once we found it, was very difficult to find. There is very little signage, streets and buildings, inside signage to the garage and garbage was non existent. We happened to be there during a very hot period for Oslo, so with no A/C, the apartment was uncomfortably hot. Managements only solution for relief was to let us know about a heater/fan that was about 10” x 10” with a very low fan speed. They pretty much said, oh, so sorry. It was very disappointing in these two regards. It would be a good suggestion to them to have a number of larger fans for use in these conditions. On a positive note, there was a wine and grocery store in the basement as well as a pharmacy.

Apartment was roomy and well appointed. The local area was great and had a very laidback vibe. The only downer was the aircon struggled with the heat.

Lækker lille lejlighed. Pæn og ren. Pænt, roligt og meget trygt område. Vil helt sikkert vælge at bo her igen. Samtidig ligger lejligheden super centralt, så det er let at gå - og let adgang til transport.

I loved this apartment. I didn't know there was a roof deck!!! Wow! I went up there every day! So great! One tiny detail - it'd be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower. Just a place to place a bottle of shampoo. But a fantastic place! Thank you!

The apartment is cozy, spacious, clean, and with lots of high-quality amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and oven. We enjoyed the convenient location of the apartment as it is close to numerous attractions like Munch and the Opera House. We also had access to trams and buses within minutes of walking distance. There were also convenient stores and a supermarket downstairs, which made it perfect when we wanna grab a midnight snack or drinks.

Bodde tre netter i en leilighet med ett soverom. Det var romslig for oss to, gangavstand til alt, og like ved Oslo S. Litt omvei å hente nøkkel et annet sted når man har mye baggasje, men det gikk fint. Savner en litt større pute på soverommet. Kjekk, liten balkong og fantastisk utsikt fra en flott takterrasse. Anbefales!

Als hätte nie vorher ein anderer drin gewohnt. Alles super sauber und neben Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett war sogar Waschpulver vorhanden. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Wohnanlage ist auch sehr schön und ich hatte gar nicht das Gefühl, ein Tourist zu sein.

Great location; close to the Opera House, Munch Museum, grocery, transportation etc. The check-in location is a bit from this property. You don't find out the address until 24 hours prior which, was a bit unnerving due to the composition of our group. Not unsurmountable but, I do wish there would have been a bit more time. The apartment has much of what's needed for a wonderful stay. I'd like to see a bit more information in the app regarding the surrounding area and what's needed at check-out. I would rebook; just room for a bit of improvement.

The location is excellent and in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment is good and has most of what you need. Some better instructions on how to operate things would be useful and some basic provisions would be nice or a bit more information in the pre details so you bring what you need, but a good shop is just a stroll away. Great place to stay in Oslo!

Langweekend i Oslo på Tons of rock. Topp beliggenhet rett ved shuttlebuss til Ekeberg. Flott leilighet for 2 personer. Butikk i samme bygg. Litt støy fra tog om en sover lett. Anbefales. Andre gang vi bor der.
