I would not stay here again. The views are accurately depicted in the listing. However, the condition of the furniture, floors, paint, etc. is not depicted accurately. There was peeling paint, holes in the couch, holes in the outdoor furniture, and badly scuffed floors. The hallway and stairs leading to the apartment was very dirty. The communication was good and the host was quick to respond when I had an issue. But that was one of the only positives.

We liked the location very much. The layout was perfect for two couples. The view was great. Some maintenance is needed—-missing knobs on cabinet, paint needed on some walls and doors. A tea kettle would have been very appreciated and a coffee maker or press would also have been nice. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and in the cabinets. The bathroom was good. Linens were clean and beds comfortable. Outdoor furniture very tatty. If we stay in Bergen again, we’d try somewhere else.

The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with hair in the shower and dirty floors. A moldy dehumidifier filled with water had been placed on top of the sink. Wi-Fi was also unavailable. We reported these problems to the rental company. Although they responded, they did not provide any meaningful assistance. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, unclean, unsafe in several areas, and not fit to be rented in its current condition.
