Excellent location. Rooms are clean with good facilities. However, there was only one time of room service over 4 days and that happened in the morning we checked out which was not helpful. Supplies like toilet papers ran out because of a lack of service. The worst thing is that there is no reception or staff attending at all. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the checkin time and there was nobody to look after the luggages which most hotels usuually do. TV does not work but there was no staff to seek help from.

Comfortable apartment in a good location. The check-in process was a complete nightmare. Despite following the instructions, the electronic key didn't work. No one was at the hotel. The call center was unavailable for an hour. Eventually, they did a remote reset of the door software. The check-in process was incredibly flawed. Otherwise, the apartment was good quality.

The apartment is spacious, and it was nice having a living room to retreat to when our daughter was sleeping. It was very centrally located, as well - the location was really great. Seemed clean and nothing seemed broken or worn out, which was nice. Check in was a pain, though. The app they had us download didn't work, and neither did their machine in the basement, and I had to call and wait 10 minutes to talk to someone who could reset it and get us into the apartment. So between everything it took a while to get in. I also don't love the airbnb model of having to run the dishwasher and take out the trash at the end, but it wasn't too bad. We also had to buy our own toilet paper since they only provide the first roll, and since we had 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) an extra towel would have been nice. I believe there were only two. Overall, I'd stay again since the price was fair but if you want a luxury experience, this isn't really it.

Vi havnet i kjelleren, med dårlig ventilasjon og uten mulighet til å lufte. Har tidligere bodd i øverste etasje, og var godt fornøyd da.

I liked the location and proximity to trolly and bus. Short walk to some of the best shopping areas in Oslo, and top eateries near by. I will definitely come again.

L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Oslo, in una bellissima zona vicino al palazzo reale e a pochi metri da una delle principali vie degli acquisti e delle principali linee di tram. l'appartamento era un po' piccolo e la doccia non era adeguatamente isolata facendo passare l'acqua verso il resto del bagno, per il resto tutto ok

Should consider providing fans or air conditioning during summer or at least during the heat wave.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful connecting rooms – perfect for families or groups. The location was fantastic; we were able to walk everywhere, and it was super convenient to reach the train station or catch a bus. Our only issue was with the showers. While the water pressure was excellent, the lack of a rubber seal on the bottom of the shower doors caused water to flood the bathroom floor each time we used it, which was quite a hassle. That said, the rooms themselves were cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay with just a small drawback.

El apartamento fantástico y el entorno increíble , pero hemos pasado calor y la domótica no ha ayudado mucho, un poco compleja de entender. No hay aire acondicionado. Por lo demás , estupendo

Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrsgünstig zum Zentrum von Oslo. Sie ist mit einer soliden Grundausstattung zum Kochen ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir nicht direkt einchecken, weil das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war,das ging erst eine Stunde später. Weiter waren Kleinigkeiten defekt, Schlafzimmerlicht, Tür vom Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht gut öffnen. Es hat uns insgesamt aber gut gefallen.

Great property and location, very close to 19 tram and 21 bus. Couldn't fault room, an oven or microwave oven would have been nice. Check in was a problem as something didn't click with the vander app, but 20 minutes and a phone call later it was sorted

Vi fikk dessverre ikke kokeplatene til å virke. Resten var bra!

Lieu très bien Propre.personnels invisible personne.a notre arrivée pas de clé la machine ne marchais pas . Impossible de joindre quelqu'un.on a faillit resté devant la porte si une femme de chambre est venue nous ouvrir.apres on nous a envoyé une clé électronique sur un site qui fallait faire a chaque porte pour entrée.ce qui fait que pendant notre séjour impossible de sortir séparé avec mon mari car un portable a la clé.surtout si vous ne parlez pas anglais a éviter cet établissement.

There’s no Iron or Ironing board in the apartment. There was a bench outside my room (beside reception) right beside the bed where people would congregate and keep me awake or wake me up. Just give me a normal key, all the app based stuff is annoying. Also was never sure if my apartment door was actually locked once I was in there.

Det var så godt å komme hjem her etter et heldagsmøte. Fikk motivasjon til å fullføre resten av jobben og forberede meg for morgendagen i disse vakre omgivelsene.

Great spacious studio in a lovely location. Only hiccup was getting the digital key sorted as I booked last minute but it worked well once they had added my phone number - might be a problem with data feeding from Hotels.com to Vander ? The hotel has lots of character in the reception for photos etc. My studio was more modern decor but had a kitchen ( hob plus utensils, crockery, pots ) a niche dishwasher and tiny fridge plus table and chairs and a couch, not to mention two wardrobes. I would stay again.
