Breakfast alone is worth staying here. The selection is outstanding, from fresh breads, fruits, salads, pastries, veggies to an array of the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes one expects. Really fine quality, assortment, and presentation. The only problem is deciding what NOT to eat!
Another impressive feature was the staff. To a person, staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and personable.
The room was fine, not exciting but perfectly comfortable. If there was anything we found worthy of criticism it was the shower stall with two hinged glass doors. If the two were not perfectly aligned, the bathroom floor would get very wet and slippery. And, too, perhaps the room numbers could be a bit smaller! The huge numbers are something of an eyesore.
The addition of a luggage cart guests can use, especially since the hotel has no porter, would enhance the property and not be a big expense.

深夜に到着した時スタッフの方の対応が気持ちよく、ホテル前は少しうるさかったですが、道路から遠い部屋にしてくださり助かりました。
昼シフトの方はお忙しいからか少しさっぱりとした対応でした。
設備はドライヤーだけ風量が弱くて残念でしたが、その他は満足です。

There is nothing particularly wrong with the hotel but I left not super impressed. There is a nice eighth floor lounge, which provides some extra space but the hotel rooms are tiny, although well appointed. The shower is brilliant. But the location is fine, but not really beautiful or exciting. Perhaps the best part of the hotel is the breakfast which is really phenomenal. The staff at the restaurant were great. The staff at the front desk was only OK.

Great location and incredibly friendly staff—smiles and laughter everywhere made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The 8th-floor lounge was a lovely touch, and breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable, though a bit more space for clothes would’ve helped. Only downside: some noise from nearby bars until 3 a.m.

We stayed at several properties throughout Norway, this was our favorite. The staff was extraordinary, giving great recommendations and very accommodating...super customer service oriented. The hotel was warm, welcoming, breakfast was amazing! They have nominated as one of Norways best! All around, A+++ I don't give the best reviews easily!

Meget bra opphold, god standard og ekstremt bra frokost.
Eneste minus var at vi ikke ble spurt eller informert om vasking av rommet mens vi var ute, litt småekkelt å komme tilbake og skjønne at noen andre hadde vært på rommet. Eller supert hotell

Tolles Hotel, perfektes Frühstück, leider in der Nacht sehr laut ( bis 3:30) wegen der Kneipen rund um das Hotel. Ich vermute das ist im Winter nicht so und man kann es ggf. vermeiden wenn man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof wählt.
Sonst war es wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a gorgeous location. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was so friendly and kind, and the free breakfast was the best I've ever had in my life. Also had a great dinner with fantastic food and drinks. The gym is fully stocked with everything you could need, and it has a nice lounge. 10/10, no complaints!

The pillows we were given were terrible. Basically 4 small cushions. They made sleeping very difficult. In hindsight I should have probably asked for an alternative but I assumed this was the standard throughout the hotel. This rather ruined the stay for me as I didn’t sleep well on any of the nights.
