ヘリテージ パーク ホテル

この辺りでこのレベルのホテルとしては綺麗ですし、庭も手入れされていて気持ちよかったです。部屋に浴槽がなかった事、シャワーがぬるい事が残念でした。 朝食はもっと種類と味が良いと嬉しいのですが、宿泊客数をみると仕方ない事かもしれません。

ホニアラでは一番のホテル。ビーチがないのは致し方ないところか。レストランはまあまあ。スタッフは皆親切で好感がもてた。が、日本人は否応がな戦争と結びつけて観光するので、もう少し勉強して欲しい。

物価が高いホニアラ、最初はAirbnbで別の宿を手配していたのですが、 なんと宿泊が受けられなくなったという理由でいきなりCancelされ、 急遽新たに宿泊先を探さなければいけない事態となってしまいました。 たまたまこのタイミングで、割引率の高いサプライズクーポンが届いたので、 せっかくだからとHeritage Parkを予約しました。 Solomon Is.訪問の目的は沈船ダイビング、効率良く日程をこなすため、 午後到着に到着して翌朝から潜りたいと考え、 ホテルにアレンジをお願いしたところ、ちゃんと手配してくれました。 Airportシャトル等を含め、従業員の対応は素晴らしいです。 おそらく色んな人が比較対象となるようなホテルについて、 Kitano Mendanaは食事に、King Solomonはお土産を見に、 Coral Sea Resort&CasinoはScubaの帰りに、それぞれ寄ってみた中で、 やはりHeritage Parkが頭一つ抜け出ているレベルだと感じました。 価格は確かに高いものの、ホニアラはどこも物価が高いので、 仕方が無い感じもします。 なんせ、中央市場横のファーストフードでは、 いちばんシンプルなハンバーガーが750円、 市場内のプラスチックジャーから盛る屋台定食でさえ300円する国です。 Heritage Parkの快適さを得るには、これだけ払わなければならないのでしょう。

Staff très gentil et à l'écoute, acceuil fluide, les chambres sont propres, l'endroit sécurisé et très bon restaurant. Nous avons apprécié la réception du journal sous la porte au matin.

Nice location, clean, and love the Gym.

The hotel is like paradise with many different kinds of trees, papaya coconuts. Our room was close to the sea. Thank you to the very kind ladies who work there. And also the men who made us a reservation to see a beautiful cultural show. We met the cook Ashoc Kumar, his food is delicious and have a wonderful personality. The personal in the restaurant is terrible, we even talk with the manager in reception but all he cared about was getting good ratings for the hotel. When you ask for room service, they forgot napkings and utensils to eat your food, etc. When you order a coffee it takes an hour to get it. For 3 days the services were more than one thousand dollars. We never give bad reviews. Because we always look for the Best hotels!!

Nice elegant looking hotel, but no elevators, so be careful which room you get as there are three floors. This was difficult for some of the older travelers in our group. The room was small, but nice view of the ocean. The pool is spacious and has a great view of the ocean. Service is VERY slow, allow at least 2 hours for lunch, more for dinner. Food was edible, but not great.

The room was very clean, both inside and out. However, the internet connectivity was poor despite being available, and the TV was turned on but not user-friendly. On a positive note, the staff were excellent. Overall, the hotel price felt too high for the level of service provided.

An excellent property for international professionals who are considering traveling to Honiara for work or personal trips. You feel secure, and the restaurant serves the best prepared, delicious meals in Honiara.

Welcoming staff, with cold guest drink offered on arrival. Staff shows clear pride in award-winning service. Hotel is gathering spot for local development specialists, with excellent food, although servers still in training mode.

Great place 👌

Firstly, all the staff were very helpful. The room was nice and as ranked above the property was clean and well maintained. Here are a couple of gripes, the biggest one first. I contacted the hotel by WhatsApp four days before arrival to book collection from the airport which after a few days they agreed to collect us. When we existed the airport there was nobody there so we stood around waiting looking very venerable until speaking to a taxi guy decided to get a taxi ourselves. Please note our phones did not work so couldn't contact them. No apology from the hotel. They should not leave people stranded at the airport. The property boasts two restaurants and a cake shop. The cake shop was never open, although that didn't bother us. The two other restaurants were fine although the main one somewhat soleless. The pool side bar/restaurant opens at around midday except Sunday it wasn't till evening because it was Dave's day off. The most surprising thing was that neither the main or pool bar did not know how to make a margarita despite it being on the drinks list. Not the end of the world but it is supposed to be a top hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay but the hotel needs to up its game when it comes to food and beverage and collecting people from the airport.

Nice place to stay. Clean and functional; however, expensive and the food was not good at all. I would recommend going to the breakwater cafe next door instead of the bad in-house offerings.

Great location, modern, clean and roomy. Service is slow, and needs a lot of chasing. Many staff don't have good enough English to offer proper service ... leading to mistakes. Airport transfer turns out to be twice the cost of a local taxi ... so be warned! Restaurant is mediocre and twice the price of the Palm Sugar cafe next door.

Pretty much a monopoly property if you need more than two stars in Honiara. Like a rather pared down Holiday Inn in the USA, but with prices about three times higher. Staff is friendly, but sometimes Solomons shy. Rooms are small but generally functional, although hot water scarce on my final stay.

This hotel was recommended by Austrade. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Internet and electricity are reliable here. We can do currency exchange at reception or through the ANZ ATM. I will stay again if I come here for another time.

Staff was incredibly accommodating with our check-in and check-out. Our flight was late so we checked in at nearly 3am and the staff let us keep our room until 3pm. Room was quiet, clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful views of ocean, units spaced nicely, restaurants nearby, extremely helpful staff.
