i am a regular customer of Avari and stayed in all over Pakistan wherever there is Avari. At the moment, everything is great, keep up the great work.

Almost perfect. Excellent food. Best Mulligatawny soup on this planet. Now the negative things: They need to have usb charging ports at the desk and near the bed. Phone should be near side of the bed rather tham far side. The ramp at the entrance is too steep for wheelchairs. The Expedia site says they have free airport shuttle, which they do not. They said they charge Rs 4,500 for it, when you can easily get a cab for about Rs 1,200.

It was better than expected. Avari is usually name associated with quality and this hotel did not disappoint. Will come back again if coming to Faisalabad.

I was extremely unhappy with the reception staff when at my checkout they demanded me to pay PKR 37,750 extra when I had already paid my dues to Expedia and I even paid them more !!!! Be aware of the reception staff they can be tough I will not go there again because I paid full payment before I came to check in !! Horrible mess up at check out ,

Excellent place to visit easily accessible to all near by places shopping food and meetings

It is located in a nice comfortable area and has access to all shopping amenities and area is safe

For location Avari express is ideal. Koh-e-noor shopping place and all other essential items amenities are also in easy reach. However the first look of the hotel is not very impressive and it rather gives a 3* look, especially due to the hawkers infront of the hotel. Now let's go inside the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and offers the drinks on arrival. However, the snack rack behind the reception and the drink bar on the side gives a typical look of a tuc-shop, which is not very impressive! Well mannered staff informs you about your room number and provides the room key. Still the mini bar is a kind of eyesore and in desperate need of change. The interior of the room is well presented. However, the hair dryer and dental kit are only provided if you ask for it which is bit of strange as these are the basics which a five star hotel should provide in the room. The room service provided that after a call, though. The standard of complimentary breakfast was best. Although not like Avari Lahore but not miles away from that either.

I loved the experience except I had left my CC there, due to the fact the hotels CC machine wasn't working, the front desk was understaffed as well. I did not like the fact that my CC was supposed to be hand delivered to me at the airport (as told to by my driver) but was not. Because if not, I would have driven back but I was told that another driver was bringing it but it wasn't true. This caused me much delay in my further plans

Extremely courteous staff. High quality room furniture and accessories. Only if they can install a centrally AC system, things will be even better.
