The receptionists Sheza & Palwashar were really helpful and able to solve problems (such as when drivers failed to show up; a common occurrence in Karachi) though their male colleagues on reception were less helpful. The WiFi was good when it worked but would cut out from time to time. Beds were comfortable.

The staff is excellent and very helpful but the property itself needs some serious renovation. The room and the bathroom was rusty and very unkempt. The smell of the port was also v unpleasant that made me nauseated during the stay.

This hotel is just what is needed when staying in Karachi. It’s located well, quiet, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the water. But, it’s the pool that’s great! Especially on hot Karachi days! Price wise this hotel is perfect, as well. I’ll be back!

My experience was terrible. Front desk staff was very bully and uncooperative. When ordered some items to refill for tea, it never delivered. I also asked for the iron but took 30 minutes so i have to leave without iron my shirt. When I complained to the front desk. They mentioned, it takes 20 minutes for any request to full fill with was not true as i waited 30 minutes. Terrible staff and bully

The service from reception to porters all staff is excellent. Excellent buffet for morning breakfast. Amazing open air feel. Plenty of choice to eat. The swimming pool is kept clean and the spa is very popular too.

Nothing was good.....My room has noise all the time from upper level due to construction.....Ceiling has drippping stains due to condesation....AC was improper...there was a bug crawling on my pillow I showed the video of the bug crawlding on my pillow to one of the managers named Fauzia

The washroom, AC system and room service is excellent. but the walls and ceiling needs some works. it has spots on it as shown in pictures. which is health hazards, Room 220. Call the evening manager to come and look but he never showed up.
