Luxury Inn in name only. Positives: friendly staff, strong hot water and pressure, comfortable bed, reliable cold AC. Half-truths: the “lush green” outdoor photo is outdated; the area is dry and dirty. The “continental” breakfast is paratha and egg every day, which is repetitive for a two-week stay. Negatives: constant noise from a nearby train, stray cats, and a mosque with extended early morning and evening prayers made full sleep impossible. The internet was unreliable. Room 102 should be avoided—its exterior window and proximity to reception amplify noise. Overall, the property feels neglected: worn furnishings, stained linens, no housekeeping in two weeks. Internet issues were dismissed as “the government.” The prevailing impression is indifference to guest experience, delivered politely.

Excellent stay - Great location and very reasonable price. I want to especially thank the night staff MZ & AH who were very helpful and were able to resolve an issue I had with getting a parcel collected from the hotel. Will stay again and highly recommend to others!

Excellent service friendly management

It was an average place. Needs to focus on more cleaning of rooms. Bedsheet and blankets were dirty and reception lady was rude.

Having flown into Karachi for the first time, i had no idea what to expect from Pakistan or the hotel, thankfully Careem app knew where hotel was. From there the reception was very friendly, with the woman on the desk speaking fluent English and being very helpful with all inquiries and requests. Room itself was ok, bed was comfortable, had the basic amenities, table and power plugs. Bathroom wasn’t exactly a 5 star western hotel, but shower water pressure was great, and to be honest more than did the job. No toilet paper, bidet only, but tissues were provided. In general excellent value for money, will undoubtedly stay here again if in Karachi, plus KFC is a 5 minute walk away.

I loved the owner of the property he was very helpful but overall the cleaning standard was way below average the bathroom was very dirty with mold all over the tiles and all the fittings including faucets and shower had mold the bathroom toilet seat was very uncomfortable the toilet had mold inside but hot water for shower was excellent. Entrance door stayed open the walls inside the room had leaks soiled and the furniture was very old and dirty no knobs on the dresser

Travelling throughout Pakistan for a month, for the price, this one was the best, clean pillow cases clean and comfortable duvet, clean bathroom and floor, near banks and restaurants, gentle staff. Beware Pick up at airport, didn't work for me, other than that, perfect.

清潔感、サービス、ホスピタリティなどコスパはとても良かった。アジアのホテルは空港までのピックアップを事前にリクエストをても来てくれないことが多いので期待していなかったが、ドライバーの連絡先など事前に何度も連絡をくれて空港にもきちんと来てくれた。深夜到着だったのでとても助かりました。空港へのお迎えは無料なのも嬉しい。 住宅街にあるのでタクシーなどを見つけるのが難しいのでホテルの車（これは有料）で買い物など済ますことができたのでこれも助かった。 従業員の皆さんもとても気さくで温かく迎えてくれました。ありがとうございました。

I could never reach the hotel and never checked-in. I called their number listed several times but no one ever picked up the phone. Very disappointed and will never use them ever!
