They treated us like family, from the management to the doorman. Ms. Mahak had the chefs prepare Khicchree for my daughter when she became ill. Excellent service and delectable cuisine. Staying here is highly recommended.

ラホール市内の巨大なホテル。外国人専用に近いかも。入るときのチェックが厳しいので安全です。建物はやや古い。会議室はしっかり。フロントの人はていねいです。フロントで米ドルからルピーへの両替できました。空港までの送迎もありました。朝ごはんは多様で美味しい。必ずつけるべき。シャワーの温度が低く、バスルームも年季が入ってる感じで、あちこち、サビや汚れがこびり付いてます。

My bathroom sink was clogged at 7.00pm I call the housekeeping three time never showed up . The next day early morning I call duty manager than he had to send the guys to fix it moreover tthe second day when I came to my room I saw a mattress in my room as we were two people the mattress was not covered with sheet just mattress which had covered my whole room otherwise breakfast and food was to the standard

Poor customer service
If you’re brown they will treat you so bad. Question your stay and each time you are heading to your room
They ask you for the room number. Noticed this was only down to brown customers not whites. Very disappointing
Place is old and dirty. Things need to be replaced but they won’t do it.

I stayed in this hotel 23 years ago it was better than. I was shocked to see the room was smelly carpet worn out same carpet when I visited 23 years ago.
In the bathroom the tub/ shower area had mold and fungus.
I would rate this property 3*.
Only lobby area looked ok.
