¡Gran opción para quedarse en Bocas del Toro! Queda un poco trasmano del centro, pero en lancha se llega a todos lados, es una excelente opción para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles y disfrutar de la naturaleza! Hay muchos peces en los muelles para hacer snorkel y te prestan el equipo y kayaks para usar a tu antojo. Muy recomendable.

Un espacio y entorno precioso y la atención de Natalie y Arturo no pudo ser mejor. Los desayunos y las cenas con comida local han sido fantásticos. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestros dias, esperamos volver pronto!

My favorite place of the entire trip!! Great hosts and excellent chef. Soooo peaceful and very romantic in a rustic sense. The wonderful lodge-like structure is somewhat secluded on an island near Bocas Del Toro, It is only accessible by boat and most tours will pick you up at their dock. The English-speaking owner can help arrange this. They have a sweet dog that bonds quickly to guests, but is not intrusive. Love this place!!!

Dès l'arrivée, un accueil personnalisé par Nathalie. Nous avions pour nos 3 nuits une "cabane" vue sur la mer des Caraïbes tout confort et à vrai dire incroyable ! En ce qui concerne les repas au restaurant une ambiance familiale très apaisante, et que dire de la qualité des repas tout juste franchement délicieux ! Sur l'ensemble de notre parcours à travers le Panama c'est là où nous avons le mieux mangé sans aucun doute ! La mer accessible à différents endroits, mise à disposition de canoë, padel, matériel de snorkeling etc. Les propriétaires sont vraiment d'une gentillesse infinie.

We are so happy we stayed at Akwaba Lodge. The grounds are well maintained and we had opportunity to walk around and explore. We loved and appreciated the home made meals, breakfast to get us going with fresh homemade bread and jams. Then dinners, with a couple options to choose from, were delicious. We felt like we were part of the family dining there. The room had all we needed and was cleaned daily. We enjoyed some time just sitting at the table outside our room or relaxing in the hammocks. Easy access to the dock for excursions and adventures. Natali and Jean-Christian were helpful with any of our questions, were happy to help plan activities, and even took us on a little jungle tour out back, where we saw sloths, red tree frogs and so many varieties of fruit trees! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful stay. We had only booked 2 nights, but extended to 5 nights. The hospitality was amazing, Natalie, Jean, Anna, and Arturo were wonderful. The daily breakfast was appreciated, as was the wonderful dinner. There were 2-3 options each night. Kayaks, SUP, and snorkeling gear were provided Do not hesitate in booking this property.

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor, conexión con la naturaleza increíble. Jean, Natali, Arturo y Oscar, te hacen sentir en casa. Lugar super recomendado. Habitación limpia y con detalles increíbles, comida riquisima. Sumergirte en aguas tranquila y cristalina desde el muelle lo máximo, tienen kayak disponible para paseos alrededor de la propiedad.

La chambre était très bien, le site était superbe avec de jolies fleurs et arbres, il était grand avec des beaux sentiers pour se promener, le personnel très attentionné et aidant lors de notre séjour, nous avons adoré échanger avec eux, ils nous ont donné de bons conseils, le personnel était gentil. Nous avons très bien mangé à tous les repas de la journée. Je recommande cet hôtel!

The French couple that ran the hotel were super very helpful and very nice. There was no menu there was one choice for dinner and that was a problem for me. The desserts were wonderful. I walk with a cane and going upstairs to the lodge there was no handrail, but they had an employee help me up and handle my luggage. I was eaten up by bug bites and I requested another fan at night time and they were very accommodating.

I loved the privacy and peaceful nature of Akwaba lodge. Natali and family were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was superb! Really enjoyed spending my 30th here. They left me a little birthday gift which was a lovely. It was really clean and comfortable. We even got to go kayaking and paddle boarding with no extra charge! I would stay here again. Highly recommend. Thank you!
