Apartment was sparse and in poor condition with a lot of scuff marks, cracks and outside doors that wouldn't close properly. In one room we tried lowering the blind by 30 cm which led the string to break and shortly thereafter the whole blind fell to the ground which wasn't a surprise once we saw how it was held together. Small issue: no hot water. Seems the pilot flame on the gas heater had gone out and wouldn't restart so cold showers for everyone. The only thing going for this apartment was the view which was very pretty.

This was my second time staying there.

The property was located in a great area. E loved the pool are. Its absolutely a "you get what you pay for" property. It is not expensive but it was not the cleanest either. It is an older building that they are trying to make newer. Communication was great and overall we enjoyed our stay

We always stay here. Apt 21B is nice! Will be back for sure.

Apartment is in a great location. Staff were super friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to Hwy 1. Pool is really nice. If I was local and driving into the city for vacation some of these would be irrelevant but traveling internationally you don’t really want to pack some of essentials that I would have expected to be provided. Downsides - VERY minimally appointed. 2 pots and 1 small skillet. Needs a good cleaning. No can opener, mixing bowls, cork screw, pot holders etc. Bathrooms need mats and more towels, pool towels. Kitchen drawer was missing a back so couldn’t really put things in that drawer.

Nice property, well kept, everything was in working order, clean, friendly staff, highly recommended!

My opinion about the propety. When we arrive the property was not really clean. Look like they was running late getting everything ready. Yhe kitchen was not full furnished.(the stove was no working good. No blanked in one room and no mop.

Nice view, could use a fresh paint job. More trash bags and toilet paper along with laundry soap and dish soap. More towels

The apartment location is amazing with good security and parking space.

Llegamos a un apartamento sucio, apareció una cucaracha, los pisos rayados, basuras rotas, inodoro roto, el balcón asqueroso, ofrecía un espacio de trabajo para portátil que no existe, el internet no funciona en toda la casa. Ofrecen una cocina equipada que no tenía nada, solo 1 sartén y 1 olla para 4 adultos… ni hablar de utensilios básicos como colador, licuadora, rallador, entre otros. Platos rotos, vasos incompletos, en fin una experiencia horrible. Para más colmo, solo quieren comunicarse a través de correo electrónico y las respuestas son deplorables, no buscan solucionar los problemas, y envían a un chico que no tiene potestad para realizar cambios. Realmente una pésima experiencia que no le recomiendo a nadie.

I liked the view and nearby the malls.

The apartment is located in a good area but everything inside looks old, the sofas look dirty and the place smells bad, the pillows are flat and the living room Ac is not working, beautiful view but the apartment needs a lot maintenance. Very disappointed with my stay.

Apartment was EXTREMELY DRITY bed sheets where dirty with yellow stains, walls, doors dirty looks like one has clean since it was purchased. Sofas dirty. The bed frame on the room where falling apart couldn’t even move. I always try to see the positive of everything and I do not like to leave negative comments but this place I would never recommend AT ALL OR TO ANYONE. I will never stay her again the apartment number was 31A.

La estadía no fue tan agradable. La primera noche dos los aires de la recámara principal y de la tercera habitación no funcionaron y conseguir quien no los arreglara fue un tema; pero lo Hicieron. Al final de nuestra estadía la refrigeradora empezó a botar agua

Air conditions did not work, dirty sheets and pillows, no toilet paper holder, fridge was leaking, broken door handles. Incredibly difficult to contact the owner of the apartment. Would not stay again.

Very nice apartment

I like the view of the apartment and the responsiveness was really quick and effective . I did not like: The place was dirty, felt dirty and smells dirty. The sofas smelled like other people body odor, the floor was dirty, the beds smelled dirty, there was water leaking from the AC , the shower floor was black , the bathroom ceiling moldy black and the door’s handles were coming off. Good customer service, but nobody pay attention to the maintenance and cleanliness of this place .

Definitely like the property, safety , excellent view of the city. But the locks of almost every door were not functional, also the showers set up is inconvenient for the fact that is no wall or curtain to stop the water But overall good Social area excellence and the gym 2

I loved the view and the security. However, the floors were dirty, no cleaning products were there. The electricity went out like twice while we were there for a week. The place has potential but just needs proper maintenance and some TLC.

Unfortunate I did not checked the reviews before picking the location, we need to check in earlier. We weren't able because they were supposed to be cleaning the apartment, when we finally got the keys 🙄. I found trash in the covers, bedroom, could use the microwave was broken, the stove hardly worked, floors was sp dirty I don't think the place being mop in a while, my Granddaughter socks were so dirty. Have to use shoes inside. Pretty disappointing.
