This is my second time staying and I have no complaints. Front desk was very helpful. It is close to a train station and shopping areas which is convenient.

Typical budget hotel with interesting room decor, very clean and close to local restaurants and 24 supermarket.Typical Latin American issues, air conditioning and hot water but eventually everything works. The staff are friendly, English is very limited (Most of Panama city) so get your Duolingo time beforehand. Very nice place for the price, they do have shared dorm rooms but no real common areas other than a very small kitchen on the 3rd floor so the hallway can get noisy depending on guests. I would visit again on my next adventure to Panama

Para el precio que se paga, está bien realmente. Pagué un valor muy económico y por lo mismo no tenía altas expectativas. Sin embargo si existen aún cosas por mejorar, como la infraestrustura, la limpieza, el servicio.

Price point was great room has all basics, surrounding area sketchy but very central worked out for me this time around

It was loud with some kind of construction and you could hear the other guests. I just needed a place to sleep and that was it. It worked until i found something else.

Walls and ceilings and doors are gapped with space so EVERYTHING is heard room-to-room. I complained the 1st night and Manager did nothing. After 2 nights they moved me, but it was still UGLY LOUD. Wore earplugs to get to sleep, noise until 2 AM. ZERO hot water.

La ubicación es muy buena

Basic hotel room which met our needs for somewhere clean and safe to sleep. Common areas are cute and clean. It is not in a high tourist area, but it is easy enough to walk/taxi/uber anywhere. Nice room for budget travel.

The area during the day was ok but a bit unsafe at night and the rooms are average..no blow dryer, no safty deposit box..ect.plus the floors would take some carpet

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Canova in Panama on multiple occasions, and each time, it truly feels like coming home. Emilio's front desk team is very professional and they always provide the best service and exceed my expectations with the little things ....always remembering my name and preferences, my favorite rooms and other details that make my stay even more comfortable. I love the positive quotes displayed on the walls. They radiate positivity and mindfulness, perfectly complementing the beautiful plants. I love the walkability of the area and if you are looking to explore, Casco Viejo, it is just a few minutes away. Every time I visit, I feel so at ease, and I truly look forward to returning. Canova is more than just a hotel; it’s a haven, a place that feels like a true sanctuary. Whether you’re here for business, leisure, or just a peaceful retreat in Panama City, Canova will make your stay unforgettable. A dos cuadras la estación del metro, el transporte solicitado lo deja frente a la puerta del hotel

Políticas absurdas sin atención al cliente por parte de un Gerente o Supervisor.

Razoável. Para uma noite, como foi meu caso, está ok! Fica próximo de uma estação de metrô, por isso é fácil de chegar do aeroporto. Mas a funcionária que fez meu check-in não foi prestativa, não deu uma palavra comigo. Ao redor do hotel não é muito agradável, para jantar eu pedi uma entrega do Mc Donalds mesmo.

Fica a duas quadras e meia do metrô “loteria”, quarto sem janela é razoável para quem tem conexão longa na cidade do Panamá. A água do chuveiro não esquenta, só deixa menos fria. Banheiro com cortina… o único ponto negativo que encontrei uma barata (e somente uma) no quarto.
