We went for 3 days to the Junior Suite 1. First day there was a wedding. Noise all night long When we got there, the TV did not work. Wifi slow and sometimes it went down. Antes on the sink, the staff told me that "usually happens". No mosquito screen. You need to sleep with windows opens, which usually slam at night. You can hear your neighbor through the walls. Mattresses are really hard. The keys did not work. Staff told me to "insert the key slightly". That was their solution, did not work. I don't know what happened to Casa Grande Bambito. Maybe it's the staff? But I felt the attention was the minimum. Sadly, won't be returning.

Quizás incluir abanicos en las habitaciones podría brindar mayor comodidad mientras se está dentro de ella. Regularmente es fresco pero tiene pocas ventanas de ventilación lo que no circula el aire para que se sienta el frío como afuera de la habitación.

Waren überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die ganze Anlage ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, von der Zimmereinrichtung ganz zu schweigen. Das Bettgestell war kaputt, die Wände hatten Risse sowie die Möbel auch. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und somit unnutzbar, weshalb wir unsere Reisehandtücher zum schlafen nutzen mussten. Im Badezimmer krabbelten mehrere Ameisen auf dem Waschbecken und der Ablage und eine Raupe fanden wir auch. Wir hatten eines der Zweibettzimmer mit Gartenblick, das direkt gegenüber von dem Restaurant lag, wo an diesem Tag eine Hochzeit gefeiert wurde. Darüber wurden wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt informiert. Die extrem laute Musik brachte unsere Tür zum Beben und wir konnten nicht schlafen. Eigentlich hatten wir das Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht, flüchteten aber nach einer Nacht, weil es so schrecklich war!

La experiencia en general fue muy buena ya que te encuentras en medio de la naturaleza, con un clima delicioso, a orillas de un río. Las personas que atienden en general muy amables. La comida tanto del restaurante para almuerzo y cena deliciosa y a unos precios excelentes. Las opción es de desayuno qué vienen incluidas con el hospedaje muy bueno. Lo único que les puedo sugerir es mejorar la limpieza de los cuartos, ya que al estar em el medio de tanta naturaleza se meten insectos en las esquinas de las habitaciones. Y también me parece que los baños necesitan anaqueles para que uno pueda colocar sus acceaorios de baño a la hora de ducharse.

Les murs sont en carton. Le service au resto est pitoyable et tellement long, la nourriture est bien. Il charge pour faire un mini zipline sur place, ca devrait etre inclus. Il y a des velos mais tous brisés. Possibliter de faire du lavage. Je m’attendais a plus, une change que le site est jolie.
