朝食のサービスもよく、素晴らしいホテルでした。

Para un hotel de 5 estrellas no había agua de cortesía en las habitaciones, no había batas ni pantuflas, ni amenidades en el baño, solo un crema hidratante y jabón en barra. Creó que tienen mucho para mejorar. El precio es de 5 estrellas y uno espera la misma atención. Las instalaciones en la habitación presentando fallas zócalos con humedad, puerta del minibar caída, etc. no lo recomiendo!

The restaurant at the pool, Caio Lagazzi, was amazing. The Hilton breakfast was top notch, except that they were a little slow bringing drinks (but to be fair it was Christmas day and they may have been understaffed).

Room was spacious and comfortable. Views are magnificent. Servece is excellent. Breakfast is good, but they were periodically running out some food

It was excellent as a whole, but I requested ocean view room but got a city view and I was supposed to breakfast free but it was not free and paid us$56 plus tax 7% every day for breakfast. I need a credit for breakfasts payments. I.e. $359.52 US

The entire staff is professional and welcoming, especially Patricia at the front desk. The hotel is very clean. Everything was very good.

Todo súper excelente, al llegar hubo un detalle en la habitación de un baño sucio, pero sin considerar ese detalle todo lo demás estuvo genia. El hotel y su vista la mejor de muchos hoteles en los que me he hospedado

Great size room, very clean, staff are all friendly. Good choices at the breakfast buffet. I usually stay here for business and it’s always pleasant.

BUEN AMBIENTE EN EL CASINO, LA MUCHACHA DEL SPA, MALA ACTITUD, ARROGANTE, CAMBIENLA

Todo bien. Buen hotel. Servicio en el desayuno un poco desorganizado. Buenas habitaciones. Se tarda mucho en subir y bajar por tener que cambiar de ascensor y demasiada gente en horarios pico.

Cleam room

Amazing stay they accommodated me with looking for a room that i was comfortable with . I saw about 8 rooms till i was content . Amazing service , breakfast was great . Restaurant was amazing . Would definitely return .

Hôtel qui n’a pas le confort d’un 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très serviable mais le confort des chambres, le niveau des parties communes et la qualité du petit déjeuner ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Cet hôtel a besoin d’être modernisé.
