Was too bad but needs some upgrades

Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Cons: hot water wasn't hot it barely got to lukewarm and TV never worked even when they sent someone to check on it. Ended up using my own accounts.

I feel bias doing this review, but I think it is important to let people know. If you are considering this hotel, there are few things I would like to share. -The place is clean, and basic,very basic. -Breakfast is good with 5-7 -choices. -If you are traveling from a very cold place like me, you feel dehydrated all the time. There are not ice machines avaliables. You need to ask for ice water every time. They will bring it. -There are no coffeemakers, neither minibars. If you are a heavy coffee drinker, they do not have coffee makers. I have to buy a mini one just for these days. They provided a minibar when I asked. If you ask front desk for something, they try hard to help you. Also, be aware...When I checked out, the lady said that my towels had a stain. This was possible because I had removed my make.up the night before with the towel. The receptionist said that I had to pay for them. I refused explained that those stains were makw up that will be washed out ofter washing. Thw receptionist wanted $30.00! I told her that I was not paying that p Much. She said ahe needed to charge $$30.00 I got upset, thats outrageous, I did not have money for that since I only had to pay the taxi. I told her you have my card info you can charge them there. She said it needed to be cash. I told her I was not pating that much and left.

El lugar inseguro. Las habitaciones antiguas, las toallas curtidas, el estacionamiento sucio y da miedo, ect…No es lo que se ve en la página.

Everything was just perfect, they took care of us. The bedroom, and bathroom was clean I feel very good.

La atención fue relativamente buena. Los sectores cerca del hotel no son muy buenos. El estacionamiento es pequeño, seguro, pero huele muy mal. El desayuno no es buffet, pero es bueno.

Really nice place and the people work there too very nice I can said best the best !!!

WiFi poor hot water poor help poor

I got food poison the 2nd day after I eat from the restaurant and was so sick my trip the hot water was always a problem I spend 12 days and got hot water 4 out of the 12

Normally I give you 5 stars. My last visit was a nightmare. The staff is amazing but that night it was horrendous. I had spent about 30 days at the hotel over a 5 week period. It was awesome. My last stay I asked for a double room. I had a 18month old with me. We received a 1 bed hotel with no air conditioning. We arrived around 8:30pm. We didn’t get into our room until 2am. The bell boys were awesome but they were helpless. No apologies. No free meal. Nothing. I spent well over $1000 and got nothing. Not even an I’m sorry. It is a shame because I had just referred some Amaericsn friends.

Estibe 3 días 2 noches la limpieza fue una noche. Pedí comida a la habitación el día que llegue retiraron los platos al día siguiente en la noche y por mi insistencia. El WiFi para la TV solo lo tube el día que llegue y más nunca pude volver a conectarlo tube qué poner el de mi cel. Había un evento el cual no sabía me dijeron que podía estar en la cena me dieron 2 bevidas de cortesía perfecto hasta ay Pero no no pague la cena no tenía derecho a una silla donde sentarnos pero si podía consumir y pagar pero no sentirnos 🤔
