The hotel look totally different than the pictures on Expedia

Excelente precio por servicio. Personal muy amable. Excelente desayuno.

Situé dans un quartier un peu plus difficile mais les chambres sont confortables et l’hotel Est très propre. De plus, il y a un stationnement, ce qui est facilitant. Près d’un métro et de la vieille ville qui se fait à pied. Le service à la réception uniquement en espagnol, mais le proprio parle très bien anglais.

Funcionária do Check In totalmente perdida. Hotel sem água. Não pude tomar um banho decente.

There was LOTS of street noise from about 4:45 am until 10:00 pm. The staff was friendly, but only one of the staff spoke some English and she was only there one time. The room door used an old fashioned key (not key card). And the cleaning service was... unusual. Each day, the thermostat was set to a different temperature. The toilet paper holder went missing on the second day and was never replaced. There were no hand towels one day. A few small, inconsequential items went missing. In five days, I never saw any other guests in the building. It was a unique experience. Not bad, just unusual.

Mi habitación estaba del lado de la calle y por la ventana se escuchaba todo el ruido. Las instalaciones están bien. Lo único malo es que la zona no se ve muy segura

The attitude of several of the staff is of wasting an hour scamming 5 dollars and then losing a thousand by driving away repeat business. The notion of security is as if they're out to pick a fight with the whole world. Nobody does business where there's no goodwill.

Room space was very good. Good service. Staff was very attent.

Great place to stay very clean close to old town and casino connected.

Limpieza, ubicación,amabilidad de las personas que ahí atienden. Solo hubo algunos detalles. No había agua caliente en el baño. La señal de internet en la TV no es buena, nunca pude ver un programa completo de netflix porque se quedaba congelada imagen y sonido. Todo lo demás, excelente. Muchas gracias.

Mala zona, El escándalo de vendedores, buses, pitoretas, horrible, no se puede salir a pie ,sin ascensor, sin menú en el restaurante....desayuno muy bueno pero no es mi prioridad.

Hotel was in an excellent location for transportation, the produce stall and other basic shops. This was a lively, working class type neighborhood with authentic character. While the outward appearance was somewhat worn and difficult to walk in (due to ongoing construction of the new metro lines), one felt safe, among friendly people and genuine.
