部屋がすばらしい。夜中にクラブの音が少しうるさかった

Very convenient location with many dining options just a short stroll away. Friendly reception and our bags were taken up to the room, as somebody had mentioned in a previous review, there are no elevators. Room was furnished nicely and there was a rooftop terrace area outside which was very nice. The room did not feel clean. I had spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up, the cloth was literally black. The wood floors were very sticky and the grout in the bathroom was filthy. Around the toilet was furry with hair and dirt. Bedding and linens did feel clean, so that was appreciated. With a good deep clean, I would give this place a 5 star. We also stayed Friday and Saturday night, Friday was fine, but Saturday was extremely noisy, music was playing loudly until 4:27 and then started again on a slightly lower level at 5:03. Since this had nothing to do with the hotel, I'm not faulting them, this is more to warn about the area.

Clean big room

Hotel bem localizado. Quartos limpos e espaçosos. Não tem café da manhã incluido, mas fica anexo a um restaurante que oferece o café da manhã, apesar do preço um tanto elevado. Ficaria novamente sem dúvidas

Our stay at Las Clementines was beyond compare! We chose it due to its wonderful location in Casco Antigua, but it was so much more. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Marcos told us the history of the hotel and took time to show us the details that make this place so wonderful. Mahalo, the restaurant, on the main floor makes absolutely delicious food...try the ceviche for sure. Overall, this was a highlight of our 8 day trip.

The bedding was superb. The apartment was large and comfortable. The front desk staff, Neris especially, were super helpful and friendly. The kitchen could have had more cooking implements, but we didn’t ask for more, which may have been available. We would have liked more housekeeping, but we didn’t ask and it was as described as being light. We appreciated the availability of clean towels midweek. The location was very convenient and we felt safe. The restaurant downstairs had excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

Clean room, small older hotel in a charming town. There’s no elevators. Staff were nice. Didn’t try the restaurant or bar.

We arrived and were told our room was almost ready. We went to the restaurant next door per the employee’s recommendation. We returned an hour later to learn the room had a water leak and we could either cancel our reservation or keep the reservation with a plumber constantly coming and going. I understand the hotel couldn’t control the leak, but they were aware of the leak when we initially showed up and decided not to tell us or help us find alternatives in that hour.

The room was great! Classic style, made for a wonderful stay in Casco Viejo.

Large spacious room, great location

Great location with awesome restaurant and patio garden. We were on third floor and ok for us to carry suitcases but some others could be a show stopper. Very safe especially as police station opposite and President house a block away

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment with 3 balconies! Centrally located to old town, with easy access to miles of pedestrian/cycling paths. Friendly, helpful staff, and a wonderful restaurant, Mahalo, next door. There's no elevator in this cool old hotel, and the stairs are steep, so be sure to pack light!

The staff at the reception/front door was always welcoming and helpful before our arrival and during our entire stay. The restaurant on the ground floor was terrific--beautifully done and a nice menu. The room had everything we needed, including the kitchen.

Our stay at Las Clementinas was amazing. The ambiance, decor, and central location to all things in Casco Viejo made our trip magical. Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious. I would stay here ten times over.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and nice, but everything was loud. The A/C was loud. The outside was loud (although it could be due to their national holiday having people firing fireworks at 2 a.m.). The people walking on the upper floor were also loud. You could hear their every step.
