Amazing place! Central location and attentive staff!

The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful! The room was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Las Clementinas was amazing. The ambiance, decor, and central location to all things in Casco Viejo made our trip magical. Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious. I would stay here ten times over.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and nice, but everything was loud. The A/C was loud. The outside was loud (although it could be due to their national holiday having people firing fireworks at 2 a.m.). The people walking on the upper floor were also loud. You could hear their every step.

Check was very easy. Room was spotless. Easy access to all the areas of Casco. Would stay here again.

En general la pasamos bien y la habitación en realidad era casi un departamento pequeño. Sin embargo el aire acondicionado es interno y muy ruidoso. No tiene elevador y las escaleras pueden ser demandantes varias veces al día. El restaurante para desayuna muy bueno. La terraza para tomar algo también.

Muy limpio lugar, una casona vieja sin elevador, empaca ligero. El espacio muy amplio, con sala y cocineta. Baño lindo. Servicio muy amigable. Restaurante acogedor en planta baja. La ubicación es un poco a la orilla del casco antiguo.

This was my first visit to Panama, along with my husband. The front desk staff were excellent and so helpful. I can't speak enough about how great they were. I almost hated to leave. Overall, the hotel was very clean but like others said, the AC was a bit noisy, but it didn't prevent us from sleeping soundly. The shower door didn't close all the day which led some of the water to spill out onto the floor. Having no elevator caused us to struggle walking up to the top floor carrying groceries, but I knew what I was getting into when I booked the hotel. We had a fully functioning kitchen with a microwave, utensils. plates and pots. We cooked breakfast several times, which saved us money. Overall, the people are friendly and didn't hesitate to speak to us. Too bad there were so many areas we just didn't get a chance to see because we were only there 4 days. Casco Viejo is a great little area with a heavy police presence. I want to believe that they simply want to keep the tourists safe. On one of our walks, we took a turn off Santa Anna and we sensed quickly the atmosphere changed to freakishly scary and sketchy. We forgot which block we came down which caused me to get nervous. Just then, we saw the police slowly following us in a marked truck. I was so glad to see them. They followed us for a block until we ended up back at our checkpoint. My advice to you, stay in the tourist areas and don't look so much like a tourist.

In itself it is a very nice hotel and we had a very spacious room. But having to climg 6 stairs every time was a drag, so be aware there is no elevator. Also, our AC made a rediculous amount of noise and there was hardly any option to control it.

Great Food , excellent bar.... soft beds and pillows.... five stars will come again !

Lovely and convenient in Casco Viejo. The staff are friendly and helpful. Be aware that they have no elevator.

Great location and super helpful staff. They allowed us to check our bags early before check-in which was greatly appreciated. The unit is spacious and was perfect for our needs. The single bathroom is off the bedroom which may be a concern for some but was not a problem for us.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I had a huge space on the second floor. The bathroom had all the amenities of a hotel. Full kitchen was great. I made my own coffee every morning. Location was great. No complaints.

The best patio experience. The sun deck was a plus to enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend the apartments. There is so much room! THe staff are the best and whatsapp is so convenient to communicate.
