Very family friendly, clean, great accommodation à and amenities

personal atento y amable pero mal capacitado. desorden y poco claro horarios de area kids y restaurantes. comida basica..arroz pollo y platanos. algo dd frutas pero mucha ensaladita. vasos de plastico descartables para ahorrarse el lavado. pocas opciones de bebidas. coca zero solo en restaurante en horarios limitados. sino todo con azucar. las playas no son como en las fotos. de blanca no tiene nada. arena negra. podria seguir horas.

Me gusto la variedad de actividades para los niños

La habitación en la que nos hospedamos en el Town Center debe ser mejor amueblada. Tal como está no dan ganas de hacer el tour para ver si compras un apartamento o no (de hecho, no hicimos el tour). La habitación tiene potencial. Por otro lado, les sugiero que contemplen poner snacks en el área de la piscina para visitantes del Town Center. Las bebidas están muy bien pero faltan los snacks. Eso les podría ayudar a bajar la cantidad de personas en los restaurantes a la hora del almuerzo.

Excellent customer service. Variety of food and delicious . The staff were always ready to help. Very friendly. Night time shows were amazing, very professional. They have activities in the pool and beach to keep people active. Thank you Playa Blanca Resort.

The grounds of the property were well maintained. The living quarters, specifically the TownCenter was extremely outdated and furniture was falling apart. Over all the food, activities, pools and beach were worth it. You must try the salt water pool. It's the largest one in the country from what I was told by a native Panamanian.

Family friendly. There is something for everyone here, from the many pools and water slides to the water activities, beach and if you're a foody there's 3 meals provided with snacks in between. My only wish is for more staff members to be bi-lingual (English and Spanish).

Las instalaciones en general desde la habitación hasta las áreas comunes se ven muy deterioradas. Los bordes de la piscina tienen moho, los ranchos están tapados con lonas, los muebles de las habitaciones están en mal estado, el aire acondicionada de la habitación no enfría bien y hace ruido al igual que el inodoro que no deja de botar agua y hace ruido toda la noche. El piso se siente grasoso. Adicionalmente los horarios de las áreas comunes están fuera de lo normal, que la piscina no se puede usar hasta las 9am y el servicio del bar a partir de las 10am, es decir que si me quedo una noche de estadía tengo menos de 2 horas para hacer uso de las áreas ya que a las 12md se entrega la habitación.

Sadly the property is not maintained or advertised as pictured. Room not clean, air condition not working properly. Hot as an oven! Staff is Awesome! Food is only so soo, coffee’s great! Pools are nice. I booked a room with access to the salt water pool. What a joke! Roped off small space, just like a baby pool! I’m not recommending this property.

Resort focused on locals. Some staff don’t even speak English. Rooms are dated with broken furniture. Bathroom with faulty toilets and gunk in the shower glass. Food s not bad but repetitive and boring. Specialty restaurants food is mediocre with premium to visit tepanyaky and steak. Pool music is based on small groups that bring their own boombox and it becomes very noise and annoying. Beach is rough with a step made which can be dangerous for kids specially. We rented a vehicle to go visit sites around. The rental comes with surprise extra insurance to be paid at the time you pick up your car, and cannot be avoided according to local laws. Overall, for comfort, and pleasure it disappoints. If you’re one of those that can make the best decision f anyplace without being too fancy, go for it.

We stayed at Playa Blanca Resort in Panama for 9 days with family and had 3 different rooms. The resort is beautiful and has great potential, especially the view of the artificial beach from our room, but the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and service was very disappointing. All 3 rooms were missing basic furniture or amenities. The built-in kitchens were useless because there were no plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, or anything in the cabinets. Our room did not even have a refrigerator and was missing a desk chair. It was also very dirty under the cabinets and furniture, which was concerning because our 12-month-old was crawling around. My in-laws’ first room smelled like feces and had mold, so they had to move. This was a serious health concern because my father-in-law is 94. Their second room had a broken bed. Staff said it would be changed and later claimed it had been, but it had not. We had to move an unused bed from our own room ourselves. We also requested a wheelchair for my father-in-law on day one, but did not receive it until day three. The food was generally good and most restaurant servers were kind, but we saw rat droppings on buffet tables two days in a row. The reservation system was also difficult for multiple rooms. Beach towels were only available in one faraway location, so we kept the same towels all 9 days. Overall, the resort is beautiful, but it needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and hospitality.

I broke my left foot walking down the steps by the check in and security was so very helpful in getting me to my room. Thank you for your service.

Beim CheckIn wurden wir erst einmal zwischen TownCenterReception und HotelReception hin- und hergeschickt, das Personal an der TownCenterReception schien völlig unmotiviert. Das Apartment im TownCenter war völlig abgewohnt und in schlechtem Zustand. In Ecken und hinter dem Bett war es völlig verdreckt. In der Nacht durften wir mehrere Kakerlaken töten. Der sogenannte Zugang zum Salzwasserpool ist ein Witz. Den Bereich für die Anwohner darf man gar nicht nutzen, nur ein kleines Stück am hinteren Ende ist zugänglich. Dort sind dann so wenige Liegen, dass man gleich wieder gehen kann. Am Strand sieht es nicht besser aus. Kaum Liegen vorhanden, niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich, man kann sich also in den Dreck legen. Getränke gibt es in winzigen Wegwerfplastikbechern, die Qualität ist mies. Ebenso das Essen im Buffetrestaurant. Gut ist einzig das italienische Restaurant MammaMia, allerdings muss man dann Wein zum Essen trotz "AllesInklusive" extra zahlen - Unmöglich! Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt hier enttäuschend!

I’m writing this review after staying at this hotel twice, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The food is extremely basic—far below what you would expect in Panama, a country known for its amazing cuisine. It honestly felt very low quality and repetitive. The only positive aspect is the staff. They are kind, friendly, and do their best with what they have. The pool is also nice and enjoyable. However, the biggest issue is the condition of the facilities. The hotel looks old, poorly maintained, and quite neglected. Everything feels outdated and not taken care of, which makes the overall experience very disappointing. I gave this place a second chance, hoping things would improve, but nothing changed. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it unless major improvements are made.

Food was great, we had a great time. Property is really big, plan for a lot of walking. The whole thing with access to salt water pool is very confusing ask a lot of questions before booking. The rooms need to be updated. Doors don’t work, things like that. Other than that is a good resort if you don’t care about older structures.
